Poss trade on small combo, ie GK 700rbII or similar.

SWR 750w Bass amp with Groove tube 12ax7 in the pre.

I hope Dubs doesnt mind me using his link for this.

http://basschat.co.u...__1#entry830613

It has a Groove tube 12ax7 at the front end
Onto a gain control with clip led
Next "aural enhancer", which seems to cut the mids and "warm" up the sound.
Bass control which has a TURBO boost pull and turn function. I may add a go faster stripe for the buyer.
The mid controls have a level and frequency dial between 200-800mhz
Treble control with a pull and turn for transparency
Effects blend is next
Limiter next. On board compression i guess. Though i have never used it.
Master volume.
Speaker on/off switch
Power switch.

On the back

Rack has 4 extention plugs
Ground lift dial
DI output
Big fan
Preamp out
Effects loop
Headphones out
Speakers out jack/speakon.
Power cable
Protective fuse.

Good amp, has not gone wrong once. Lots of gigs. Have never had it serviced, but would be willing to have it done if the "right deal" can be agreed.

I'm stunned! the swr 750x for £200 are you insane? feck I paid £700 for one some years ago! It is the most articulate amp I have ever owned!

good luck

Im stunned nobody has snapped it up!
BTW its not a 750x, its pre fender, just named 750 im sure. Quite right though, a very articulate beast indeed.

Priced for a sale, not to sit about not being used guys, nothing wrong with this amp.

Ok, i know that people have things that crop up from time to time. But just to be clear for my sale. There is nothing wrong with this amp, its a steal for this price - i have turned down several offers due to putting this on hold a few times now coz i believe that if someone shows an interest then i am happy to deal with them first and turn others away.
But i need to shift it. So first to get the money to me its theres. I will not put this on hold for anybody.
BTW, anybody who has showed an interest in this amp, i understand some things ore out of our control! Anyone is welcome to come back in for this.

Unbelievably the amp is still here. I now have it in a guitar and amp shop (PJ walkers) on commission and was told by the staff that i was mad to sell it at this price!
But it has made money for me....it has paid for itself many times over. I bought it for £400. It has never missed a beat. I have gigged it between 150-200 times. Never rehearse and always kept locked away in boshma rack.

Still for sale, but only with rack now. £240. Postage around about £12 to uk.
