I played this for a while, gigged it a few times, but was moving more toward an extra strings at the time Not many neck thru spitfires around? Wouldn't mind another GB spitfire, but would prefer something more solid colour than the exquisite stained wood finishes Bernie produces! Someone was selling a white bass for a while (Ian I think?) should have had that when it was available (kicks self hard) anyone know where that is now? All personal taste of course...! Every other GB makes my heart flutter, withou doubt the most beautiful instruments on earth, but just not that one. During our conversation we spoke about me selling it. here is the deal. Bernie converted this for me after he done Noel gallagers Epiphone for the Brits, it took 9 months and he still gives me a look when ever we talk about it. As it is a one off (two off!) we nodded around £3500. Now, as there is a couple of cracks on the back (due to over a 1000 sessions) and a little peeling i am willing to knock £500 off, or a whole £1k if someone gave me some EBS NEO cabs with cash. As much as i dont want to let it go, i cant afford the new five string he is going to do for me. (please no trades as its another special he is doing). If anyone is serious about this, PM me!
