Lee,

Hope you're well mate. Good to hear the amp is still working well, I see you still have the Warwick and Accugroove in place of the Proline cab? I would imagine thats a good combination with the TD 650, I found the EBS high frequency's to work well with the soft dome hf drivers they use in their cabs.

I brought an Accugroove EL Whappo over from the U.S. about a year and a half ago and used it on a certain gig. It was a great full range box but unfortunately i had to sell it, I couldn't justify keeping it with my other cabs.

Nice to hear from you and thanks for kind remarks.

Best

Mick

Cheers mick
Yeah i agree, it is a nice combination, im hopefully going to getting another tri110 from a fellow basschatter, even though 1 is enough im only doing theatre pit gigs and then ive knocked them on the head as my wifes expecting our first child, i do think two would sound great though.
Shame you got rid of the el whappo id love to hear that in action with the aguilar, do you still have that gorgeous fodera?
Keep in touch -LEE

I wondered why my lights would dim every now and again... it was obviously Mick powering up this Aggie :)

Shame those things weigh so much I'd have been around to check this out in a shot; in fact when DW mentioned that you had one of these I almost got your number from him so that I could satisfy my curiosity!

Best of luck with the sale.

Is that Mick B?

Paul (H) said you had some Aguilar kit. Unfortunately this is well out of my price range as the S2000 is needing a £1300 service next month. :)

I want to chat about amps when I've got some more cash - I'll maybe give you a call then (if it ever happens!)

Cheers

Neil

Hello mate how are you?

Give me a shout any time, be good to see you.

Paul keeps threatening to send me a copy of your album. Guess he's too tight, did you know they got the genetic code for Jurassic Park from his wallet?

... and about time to! Rass-n-fassin Southeners

So when is the Geordie Bass Bash going to happen then? We could all meet up at Haltwhistle and sell raffle tickets to win DW's Peugeot 'wardrobe/cupboard' that is cluttering up his workshop :)

Best not warn him, he might switch the lights off and pretend not to be in... especially when he sees the amount of leccy all the gear would be draining :)
