Hiya,

ok my last 5 string has to go. Its not being played and deserves more than resting in its case. It is in absolutely mint condition.

Cash i have no idea. What do they go for? Trade would be nice for an active Jazz or Jazz type bass (not a MIM). I am really open minded on this.

I am on the south coast so pls consider that if you are looking to trade.

Cheers,

Plus its just lovely
Thanks - its a great bass. Fantastic range of sound. Only reason for sale is a love of 4 strings and not 5. I would happily go for the 4 string version.

very tentative for now, and I know you said you didnt want anything MIM but does this tickle your fancy at all? Its a classic series and I've just upgraded the bridge to a Gotoh. Let me know? :)

I can't weigh the bass but here is a link to the Lakland website with the tech spec. 55-01. It certainly weighs less than my Stingray if thats any sort of guide.

Sorry to be a complete idiot but apart from the price :) i don't know the difference between the two basses.

Manufacturers of mass-production basses hardly ever give a weight (Warwick are an exception) because it varies so much between individual instruments. Unfortunately, this means that saying "weighs less than my Stingray" doesn't really help either.

Unless you know the weight of your Stingray, of course. :)

Should you devise a means of weighing the bass, please let me know.

Hi,

i am asking for £500 delivered or £475 pick up.

It is in absolutely mint condition, like a new bass.
