1. I bought a Diago Showman pedal board off Pete. Paid with cash on collection. His attention to replying to questions was top notch. Pleasure to deal with. Many Thanks! Matt.
2. Some one managed to sell a Dunlop Bass Wah more expensive than mine but only put it up a week ago bump?!?!
3. Anyway problem resolved, apology sent for slow communication... Im just being a pedantic ass as its Monday. Ill make sure to add a surcharge next time to accommodate the fact I am not a business
4. Oh dear hehe, ebay is starting to sound a lot more rational with some of the comments made, seeing as a week or so is expected before an item is posted for used goods... Yes communication should be clearer in an ideal world where everyone has instant access to the internet on their ipads, I agree. Afraid I don't have that luxury Did I mention the pedal cost them £11? Not that it matters, the value of the product relative to the service provided. Oh fun times indeed.
5. Someone pays me Wednesday night at 10pm and I send the package Friday 1st class and I get impatient PMs about how hes not happy with that?!?! Seriously... bass players can have day jobs too you know... some people.

Feedback for W...

Bought my Guv'nor mk1 pedal off me, hassle free and paid swiftly. Top dude!
7. EHX Micro synths (cheapest available new are £182 without postage) still fully functional, supply massive usable sounds (mostly used mine for closely reproducing: organ bass lines such as "break on through", fuzz sounds on muse covers, brilliant clean deep octave down for filling out "you got the love" and huge sweeping synth for "Hey Ya!"). Put the "octave down" and "octave up" into an overdrive pedal (preferably tube) and you instantly have Timmy C's tone from "Housing" and "How I can just kill a man". Also very usable for just a envelope filter (of course without the decay) that you can adjust start and stop frequencies and sweep speed. Once my favourite pedal until I spent out several hundreds on Iron Ether and Darkglass. (Both come with original box) Also Still available are the two Dunlop Wahs! (cheapest available new online £100 without postage) Great for just no Q frequency/tone sweeps (quick ones too with the spring loaded pedal) and full Q squishy filter sweeps and maintains all lows. (Both with original Box)
8. For sale is my BBT410 cab which has been kept in my stables as a backup. Used by myself about 4 times live. (Yamaha BBT500h Head Withdrawn for continued use as a backup) Since purchased I have had to replace one of the speakers with a brand new Eminence 10" from Yamaha. Otherwise everything is fully functional. No tears to the felt covering and very little to no corrosion to the screws. Price for cab £100 P&P not included. Ideally collection but can sort out courier or meet half way.
9. Thank you very much people for the suggestions I have now solved my needs with "fixed wah" pedals which have expression inputs.
10.
I was more making the general point that most of Taylor's innovations and work is based at least initially on digital circuitry.
Even so, the beauty of Taylors work is that they all behave like Analogue, even Valve, in the way that his pedals can be "pushed" to achieve incredible sounds.
11.
Save your pennies & get a Moog MF-101.
HAHA ah no... hehe I wish, but I have more pedals I need to buy on top of this
12. The Sonus looks lovely but again for the functions I want its a bit dear! thanks anyway
13.
DSP isn't your thing, but you love Iron Ether??
As far as I know the Nimbus is the only DSP powered pedal they do... The Frantabit converts Analogue to Digital to Analogue of course as it is a bit crusher but it does not act like a DSP pedal at all!!
14.
I have been GASing for a Big Al ever since they came onto the market...in tobacco burst. Yours is sublime!
Thanks man, I only got the white as it was £300 cheaper and it kind of reminds me of the Woodstock Hendrix Strat. The tobacco burst that sold on here in Dec 2012 looks spectacular. Never again have I seen a single Big Al pop up second hand.
15. Haha and now theres the Subterranea!!! Indeed EHX second hand it may well have to be. Might just get someone to rebuild my Dunlop Bass Wah without the pedal and use the components in a new mini box which just features the volume, Q and expression input. But again that's £50 worth of wah being dismantled and probably more than £50 to build the rehoused custom pedal... Well I guess I have one month until the Oxide turns up so whats the hurry. Cheers
16. The B3K does do a kind of fuzz sound. Not exactly. And again, you have to have a passive bass with the tone knob set to all the way rolled off and the B3K set to full gain. You cant win haha... This is a thorough review of the IE Oxide Fuzz, which I have just bought. at 5:10 the chap starts comparing active/passive with his Big Al bass (which I also have...) Passive is the winner in terms of getting the harsh fuzz but active on the Oxide works fine too. But the Oxide's fuzz is not everyones cup of tea.
17. Thank you for your suggestions, I have looked at the previous pedals mentioned before. Even been offered a BEF pro for a trade but DSP is not my cup of tea. I should have mentioned I am hoping for something under £100. Just bought the IE Oxide and already have a Frantabit. Love IE. Hence why I don't have much money left to spend!
18. Basically all I am after is a inexpensive pedal (under £100) which possesses the ultra massive frequency sweep of the EHX Enigma Qballs, So, transparent highs with no lose of low end all the way down to Sub low end. This and a expression input. Or am I just going to have to buy another Enigma...?

Steve bought my Seymour Duncan Double Back Compressor with a direct and top manner. Pleasure doing business!
20. Paul bought my Dave Hall Amps VT2 Overdrive pedal with the utmost professional manner and immediate payment! Pleasure doing business, don't hesitate when you see his newbie status. Regards. Matt.
21. Also as you've tried already I recommend not using compression before distortion. But each to their own! But if the Darkglass really isn't enough and you love your Warwick so, you'll have to go the old 'blend in a guitar distortion then boost' so you can keep you lows, distort has much as you want, then level it off. But this usually requires 3 pedals where as the B3k does it for me in one tiny one.
22. Perhaps the location of the bridge pickup on the $$ is not giving you the treble grind you require to really push the Darkglass? Or the natural scoop of using both humbucker pickups on the $$ is numbing the required mid range? Maybe the battery in your $$ is running low and not giving you the output needed or the $$ is naturally low output? I stopped using Warwicks myself as I required a richer higher mid register for the tones and effects I am pushing. Mind you Dick Lövgren from Meshuggah gets the best distorted tone ever from his Dolphin, which has the bridge pickup right up by the bridge. I hope all this rambling helps to some degree or you find the solution I'm sticking with my B3K I can tell you that much for sure!
