1.
Any thoughts on trades Josh 😆
Preferably a Warwick Streamer/Thumb 4 or 5 string, but I'm open to other jazzes or precisions (An older Precision Deluxe would be nice) or Spectors and Ibanez's.
2. Hey guys, I bought this from Chardbass about 3 months ago now and have enjoyed my time with this bass but I'm finding myself wanting a change, preferably for a Warwick or whatever else is out there. This is a 2002 Korean made Lakland and has the more sought after Lindy Fralin pick ups, however due to being 13 years old it has seen some action. There is a large chip to the top of the headstock and a minor ding on the back of the neck. Richard took this bass to Martin Peterson and had the neck smoothened out and as such the ding on the neck is unnoticeable by touch and the neck has a nice satin feel to it. There is some light buckle rash but other than that the body is in pretty good condition. Please bare in mind none of these dings/chips affect the playability of the bass whatsoever and are purely cosmetic. The original passive electronics were changed to a Sadowsky preamp (2 volumes, bass, treble, push/pull active bypass). To accommodate the new preamp a battery clip was installed and the jack socket has been moved to the side of the bass. The original passive preamp will be included with the bass. 6. I've just recently bought Cameron's EHX Memory Toy, the transaction was nice and easy and he is a great guy to deal with! Deal with the upmost confidence.
7. I've dealt with Richard twice and for the most recent transaction he was more than happy to let me pay via instalments and was an absolute gentlemen when I went to collect the bass from him in person. Buy with complete confidence. Thanks Richard!
8.
I like these.just the string spacing argh im not sure about
I went from a Lakland JO5 which has a spacing of about 19mm to this and it was only a minor adjustment but I now don't even think about it as its comfortable. I'm pretty sure all SR's have the same spacing and is part of what makes them unique.
9.
What is the string spacing?thanx
16.5mm I believe.
10. Hey guys, These have been seeing gradually less action and as such are not being used as much as they should. The Les Paul is in pretty good condition and plays really well, it will come with the original pick guard. I've owned the ID Core 10 from new and as such its never left the house or been pushed at loud volumes but it is more than capable. It's a great little amp which is very versatile and the on board effects are surprisingly good. Pics: Price: £220 for both, thats including postage and gig bag. Thanks guys, Josh.
11. Hey guys, I've had this for a few months now and its a great bass, I finally quashed my Ibanez curiosity and these basses do live up to the buzz they've generated. However, I've seen something on here which would be perfect for me right now. So I'm putting this up to help go towards it and if it doesn't sell then I'll be withdrawing it from sale. The bass is in pretty good condition, it has a few light dings on the outer edges and the rear tip of the lower horn which are clear in the pictures. 12. I have the SR 1205 Premium, I got it recently and out of 80+ basses it is actually my first Ibanez. I was curious about this line as they seemed to have a more Warwick-esque vibe to them which made them stand out more than the rest of the Ibanez range. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised by the 1205, it does have a Warwick-ish tone but a bit more mid presence which is both good and bad. Playability wise it has been pretty easy to set up and I'm quite happy with the action. The only negatives I have with the bass is the bridge as it is a nightmare to change the strings, the only other problems are that I find the mids are far too harsh even when set flat, as is the treble, so all three controls set flat gives you a weedy harsh sounding tone. I almost have to cut the mids and treble all together before I get a nice warm tone and then bring them back in gradually. The mid boost switch is a bit redundant IMO, it really doesn't make much of a noticeable difference so I tend to just leave it in the same position. I have been contemplating possibly changing the pick ups and preamp to a full Bartolini set up like the Prestige range as that might smoothen the tone and give me more control.

Kev's Feedback

Just sold Kev my Boss ODB3 and it was a nice quick and easy transaction with great communication throughout
14. Evening all, So I've been lucky enough to come across a Strymon Flint for a good price and couldn't pass on it, so for that reason alone I'm moving on this great reverb pedal. I've had it from new for about 3 months and has lived on my pedalboard so it is in mint condition and as such works perfectly. Pics: Price: £70 delivered. Thanks, Josh.
15. Hey guys, I've had this great pedal for about 2/3 years now and it has served me well throughout uni and for gigs and recording, but I now have a EHX Big Muff so it's time to move this on. As you can see in the pics, it's been used extensively and has seen a lot of action (both me and the previous owner) but everything still works perfectly fine. Pics: Price: £20 delivered. Thanks guys, Josh.
16. Just another big +1 for using Amploft in Bristol. Mike took on my rather faulty GK 700RB and has competley sorted every problem and the amp is now working perfectly, which is even better than when I first received it! So if anyone in the Bristol/South West area needs any amp repair/maintenance then Mike should be your first port of call.
17. Mike Recently took on my rather faulty GK 700RB a couple of weeks ago and it is now fully functioning better than it did when I first bought it! If anyone in the Bristol/Southwest area is in need of any amp repair/maintenance then Mike/Amploft should be your first choice.
18.
I have a feeling that this may have been mine once upon a time. If so it was one hell of a player. The wenge neck was fantastic, slim and fast like a true old Warwick!
Yours and mine. Such a good bass, I do miss it.
19. Bill kindly lent me this bass for my bands recording and I can personally vouch for how good the bass is and that Bill is a gent to deal with. He's an alright bassist as well.

21. Evening all, I bought this from P-T-P a few months ago as a back up to my 55-60, it is just as good as my 5 string but I haven't used it much over the last few weeks and now I have driving lessons looming I would like to put some money back in my account. Pete really looked after this bass and as such it is in very good condition, everything works perfectly fine and I can't find any dings or scratches on the body at all. There is a small ding on the back of the headstock which is clear in the pictures. Pics: Specs: http://lakland.com/44-60-classic.html Price: £550 + Postage or can be collected. I'm not really looking to trade but if you have a Squier CV Jazz and some spare cash then I would be interested. Thanks, Josh.
22. Evening all, I bought this about 2/3 months ago and haven't used it as much as I intended, but now I need to make room for few more pedals so it's only fair someone else makes better use out of this great pedal. It's in good condition, it has a few scuff marks around the outside of the pedal which are clear in the pictures. It works perfectly fine and there are no issues with the pedal whatsoever. Pics: Price: SOLD. Thanks, Josh.
