I have two 'etc's
They are good for metal too
'etc's' are the thing! Oh, yes, while I'm here... bump
OK, folks. Just seen something that looks as if it may be the answer to my prayers! So, although I'm looking for £1500 cash, if someone wants to make me a quick, serious cash offer you may be surprised at the response

that's what I thought, and then did some research and found out you did get them with the active duncans the ones with the wee rockers on them

Thanks, Luke.
Trades= quality 4 string or possibly a 5. Sorry to be vague

I need to stop looking at this!
No, this is fine and it won't make you go blind!
looks lovely- btw what do you mean by "the bass has been upgraded to EMG's" - wouldn't the EMG's be stock? or do you mean just the preamp?
The original pick-ups would have been Seymour Duncans (so I'm told). The guy who bought it from new said he found the SD's didn't 'cut it' for him so they were upgraded to EMG's.

Lovely! But then so's the Everson....
Ah, the beauty of wood - and some bits of metal etc etc
A tentative sale/trade as my fretless bass seems reluctant to leave the house for a new home. So, here is my recently acquired Warwick

wow
any ideas on the sound?
HI Fred
Sound-wise, the design brief was to have a very articulate fretless sound. The ebony fingerboard gives an almost piano-like quality to the overall sound. The body woods produce a lovely mid-range tone, growl and mwah mixed ;o) The EMG pre amp allows a quick tweak and you can go from very mellow to almost a steely bite. The neck is very smooth and so slim so it is easy to produce smooth glides! Hope that helps.
