Phil bought my G&L Legacy Tribute guitar. Absolutely great guy to deal with and totally recommended.
2. I'd love to keep this bass in my collection but, unfortunately, it would just sit there with an occasional play and that's a shame for such a wonderful bass. I originally bought this bass for an acoustic project. I wanted something with a fairly shallow body as anything too deep aggravates an existing neck problem. The Ovation is shallow with hollowed chambers to produce an acoustic sound. However, I must point out that it is not a loud acoustic, particularly strung with black tape wound strings! I tried some Nexus black coated strings which, whilst producing a louder acoustic sound, tended to lose something of the lovely deep bass sound - almost verging on double bass territory The bass is in mint condition for a 1996 model. It is a beautiful red burst with the leaf design making it look almost autumnal The pre amp has three sliders and a rotary knob for volume (the volume knob can be pressed down so that it sits flush with the body). The bass comes with its original embossed Ovation hard case, which is also in mint condition. Ovation Details: http://www.ovationgu...tar/viper_eab68 Advertising Info: http://www.ovationtr...Ovation_Ad.html (This is for the six string guitar Viper but the info is the same - just gives you an idea of the construction). These basses are very rare (you know, hen's teeth, rocking horse poo, politicians with a social conscience etc). I'm now only looking to trade - possibly a 4/5 string to use as a back-up for gigs. Fairly open to a variety of basses, try me!
3. Slowly taking shape... Paul's added three wenge stripes to the back - partly for stiffness but they also look rather neat too!
4. C'mon folks! This really is a top notch bass, very playable, lovely range of tones and light - and I should know, I sold it to Loz!! Great guy to deal with so grab yourself a peach of a deal

Feedback for uke

Just completed a trade with Gary. A true Bass Gent and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks, Gary.
8. Stunning example of Leo's legacy! Absolutely mint condition guitar - still has the plastic on the scratch plate. Plays beautifully, very comfortable guitar and has a lovely range of tones. A light weight guitar that has a nice balance. Reviews: http://www.ultimate-...gacy/index.html New these guitars cost around the £400 mark and eBay go for around £300+ for a good condition guitar. This guitar is flawless and has a gorgeous translucent blue finish. Comes complete with whammy bar but no case.
9. £365 ?? That's only a £1 a day to play this wonderful bass - and you get a free day on Leap Year

11.
really quite shocked this hasn't gone yet, what trades are you looking out for? Cai
Trades? I'm quite open to offers and, providing the caffeine levels are high enough, a cash offer might also be successful - PM's preferred
12. Happy Easter Y'all. Anyone prefer a superb bass rather than an Easter Egg?
13. Easter Special Offer: £365
