9. Just found a blank square piece of tort material on ebay, 3 ply but ill just have to check it big enough for me to make my own using the old one as a template. Size is 295mm x 250mm x 2.4mm so should be ok i think
10. Cheers for the links. Its a cheapo ive picked up off ebay that im lookin to do a mini project on. Its sunburst so for me HAS to have a tort plate. Then i plan to ''relic'' it by sanding down parts and finally adding a bridge cover. Dont want to spend too much as its only back up to my Bison bass. Might see if anywhere will cover the old pickguard in a tort vinyl or somethin
11. Evenin all. Anyone know where i can pick up a tort scratch plate that will fit a squire bass? I believe standard fender ones wont fit and i cant find the colour im after on ebay (found one but its just listed as ''p bass style scratch plate'' so not sure it will fit).

13. No worries. Like i say i dont want to mis-sell the cab. Its a beast to lug round for just a 1x15 output (thats all my Ashdown head will power)!
14. Weighs about 90kg so if you want to arrange something then thats fine by me but due to size i recommend collection. If you want to pre-pay and sort out a courier to collect then thats fine but you would have to arrange (and of course that would mean you wouldnt be able to test your bass head thru it before hand). I know i keep goin on but i really dont want to mis-sell this cab like i was, but on the info i have ONLY the Ah1000 head will power the full cab. PM me if your still interested pal
15. Bump. As menrtioned ive been told u need an AH1000 to pwer this but your welcome to bring any head and try it thru the cab
16. Pictures finally uploaded. Sorry been offline for a while. Still looking for £150-£200 for this. Pick up in bolton only. Any questions please ask. Cheets
17. Sorry for the delay in replying peeps. USB cable for my phone is on its way so pics will be up very shortly. Im not so good on back line techincals but i have been told only the AH1000 will power the whole cab. If you know differently then fair enough, you are welconme to try your head thru the cab (based in Bolton). As i mentioned the carpet at the bottom of the cab is a little tatty and the front grill has a couple of small scratched but nothing to major. Pis will follow very shortly.
18. Just sold my Epi LP std bass and matching epi case to fund a Burns Bison. They are VERY loud and sometimes can be a bit ''Boomy''. Very nice bass tho, had mine for 7 years without a prob. The standards are quite rare now and in my opinion look way better than the specials. If your near bolton mine is still in the local guitar shop tho i dont know what they are asking for it
19. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VINTAGE-STYLE-PADDED...=item35a59ee15c Really cheap and comfy, look great on the bison bass
20. I currently own (and love!) a club series burns bison bass in black. I noticed some of the original 60's Bisons had an 'ashtray' style bridge cover. Is it possible to still get these covers and if so anyone know if they'll fit the club series re-issues? I expect that if they are stil original 60's covers they may be pretty costly but thought id ask here as i cant seem to find any online anywhere.
21. if this had the old style grille i would have snapped your hands off! Good luck tho mate
22. Is that picture the grill you have or is it the newer 'more black' grill?
