Alright guys, Putting my 2001 'gunsmoke' musicman Stingray 4 (3 band Eq) with RW neck up for sale as lv got my eye on a few basses on the forum. It is not officially a limited edition colour, but MM only ran it for a couple years apparently. Some nicks here and there that l will detail. Had a 2cm round chip on the body filled which has not been sanded or painted yet. More details (serial) and photos to follow, my MK1 iPhone's pictures are really pish! Thanks mate. Got my eye on a nice Musicman bongo.....been saving for a Sabre, but l always splash the cash before l get enough saved up.

Simon & Patrick SP6 cedar. Well used/giged with a few dings an scratches but nothing that affects playability or tone. Its not a looker, but sounds fantastic plugged in and acoustic. Comes with brand new Hiscox hardcase. This guitar produces a beautiful rich tone and is perfect for strumming chords or more complicated finger-picking. Action is set low for the fingerstyle DADGAD style l use. The average online price around for a new one of these is £475. This is an older, and in my eyes better made one. Guitar belonged to the band babyshamles & was well toured by them, came from a band member. Pete himself apparently enjoyed the sound from this guitar. Up for sale - my wee summer project P-Bass. Good bits - Gotoh Bridge, CTS pots, Wizard Thumper pickups, Q knobs & Setup/service including copper shelding/star grounding from our very Mark (7string) @ [url="http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=85024"]Glasgow setups[/url]. Bad bits - beat up body (all cosmetic, adds to the image IMO), 3 cm hairline crack on neck & 'Fecker Pretender Bass' decal not finished yet. Great sounding bass that really packs a punch, was using it for some rocco fingerstyle stuff. The body and neck l am unsure the brand, but certainly where not together as Mark done a job puting it all together. I have now bought a bari sax l need to fork out a fortune to get serviced, so the P-Bass has to go. Will post if buyer is willing to arrange. Looking for £100! Used this alot. Zips, straps etc all in great condition. Holds 2 basses & protects great. Only issue is the material has thread at the top where the headstock is on one side, still another layer there though. Bag still does its job great. Not sure what these retail at now? Hows about £20 + £5 P&P? Cheers!
