3. I'm open to cash offers on these
4. I have the 250 version too, I agree with the comments above, it's a brilliant amp with bags of power on tap.
5.
Blimey... major surgery there.... Personally I love the super hi-fi sound of the GB circuit... Nails the Super-J sound but also I like the forky neck pick-up sound for rock too. Hope it works out...
Thanks It all should be fine , When Bernie built the Merlin he cut the control cavity out so it is the same as as std gb. The gb circuit should just drop right in ........... Hopefully:)

7. I personally don't like the tone of the John east preamp. I am getting Bernie to put the GB circuit & pickups into my Merlin
8. They are as different as you can possibly get. Tonally very different.

10. Wow lovely ! I've never seen a through neck SR5 before
11. Just bought a tuner from Nick who's service was faultless. The tuner was well packaged up for postage and arrived safely. Thank you so much. Chris

15.
No - different circuit altogether. New circuit.
Yeah , different circuit ........ I think that it maybe a "john East Uni pre" identification on the circuit but looks like pictures on the "East" website. The bass is currently fitted with single coils
16. I am collecting the bass tomorrow , i can't wait
17. Harry is a top guy to deal with. Deal with him in confidence
