  1. My three pence worth: whilst I appreciate your dilemma, in my experience people do not take care of borrowed equipment. Personally I wouldn’t not lend the Amp and certainly not the bass. Just state your case and neither a borrower or a lender be 🤓
  2. I have this EBS Black Label Studio Edition Octabass Triple Mode Octave Divider (Phew)! Unmarked, in its box with the instruction manual and the rubber feet. It’s been used a couple of times in rehearsal, taken off and boxed up ready to go. It’s a great pedal and the best I have ever attempted to use ( see pedal peddler 1 & 2 ). It’s not going to be used in the current project so here it is as Harry Brand Spankers as you can get. Thanks for looking The price includes postage UK Mainland
  3. Just a note, I ordered a PROELGF22 on-off pedal for my Genzler Magellan 800 10th March, (the way you do). Its an inexpensive piece of kit (cheap even). Paid me £10.99 opted for free delivery and waited. I received the pedal on the 16th March opened the package to find a pedal that was obviously used, covered in dust despite being in a sealed poly bag and badly marked, a return maybe, but not what I ordered. I emailed 'Bob' immediately to complain and attached snaps. Nothing until Saturday 17th , a mail asking me to feedback..... I did, not a good feedback. I got a fairly quick reply on the Monday from Louis, BOB was on holiday... I stated my case and sent more snaps, suggesting that if this happened on a £10.99 order what would happen for a serious piece of kit! Louis said he would check the stock and send me a 'new' pedal.. Apparently there was only one decent pedal from his stock that he would send, we agreed on the replacement. the replacement arrived 21st and was, as Louis stated was pristine, new. This man bent over backwards to give a small change customer satisfaction, I was mightily impressed, in other fields this might have been pushed under the virtual carpet and ignored. 4. It is the later/last model that Thomas EICH produced under the TecAmp name, it’s a ‘doppelgänger’ of the EICH T500. Save yerself a shedload of beer tokens.
  5. Of the Basses that have departed from my collection, the Streamline is the one I regret selling the most... GLWTS
  6. More snaps: Front Body Headstock Front Full Length In a case you can see the wood beneath the 'Trans' coat. It is Black not green Rear body Rear headstock with serial number 14-3823 Nice neck shot
  7. You hit the spot Luke. It is for sale. More snaps later today.
  8. Price reduction: This my Overwater Contemporary J Series Custom Build. I ordered the bass 16th December 2014 and took delivery of Serial Number 14-3823 30th April 2015. This was going to be a keeper, a bass to be cherished, but I’m not playing as much as I thought I would be. So I got to thinking, streamline the collection. This is far too good a bass not to be played and although it looks lovely on its Hercules wall hanger in my ‘Shed’, it’s time to offer it up as a feeler to gauge interest. The custom specification price, at the time, including options, was £3,055.00 with a lead in time of nearly 5 months. Ordering this specification now, would be the thick end of £3,500.00. If you are looking for a Blacker than Black Bass, with more black, without the wait, It could be yours for the princely sum of £2,350.00. It is in immaculate condition with no blemishes, dings, dongs, scrapes or scratches having been gigged maybe 10 times in its short life but rehearsed with at home on a regular basis. I re-strung with DR Black Beauties about a year ago and still have the old set as spares. Hiscox Hard case is standard issue with Overwater and the all-important Certificate of Authenticity. I would consider a Part Chop to ease the pain, maybe an acoustic Bass or a fretless P (no lines). I’m not tempted by heads and cabs as I have enough, but a Mesa Walkabout might hit the spot. Its cash I would prefer. Specification as follows: Instrument Type: Contemporary J Series Custom 5 Strings 35” Scale Neck: Wood/laminations: One piece Maple Nut spacing: 10mm Bridge Spacing: 19mm Fingerboard: Ebony Fretted: 24 Frets Binding: Ebony Position Markers: Block Inlay – Black Pearl Profile: Standard J5 Body: Core/Main Wood: Swamp Ash Top Wood: Flame Maple Electronics: John East Flat response U Retro – 3 Pot Pick up Type: Overwater 5 soapbars Pickup Placement: Standard Contemporary position Jack Socket/XLR: Edge mounted locking jack Additional Switching: None Bridge Type: Overwater 19mm Black Machine heads: Hipshot Ultra-Lite Black Scratchplate: None Finish: Trans Black Satin matching headstock String type: DR Black Beauties Playing Style: Finger style high action about 4mm at the 12th fret I will take some up to date snaps and post over the weekend.

  10. Good grief man, these are exceptional bargains. The cabs are as good as ‘Harry brand spankers’, I know they used to be mine, from new!! Someone is missing out on a ‘giveaway’. GLWTS
  11. I bought a Roqsolid cover for my (then) new toy, an Ashdown CTM30 (acquired from Gareth AKA Walbassist). It was never used as I upgraded in a trade for a Mesa 4-88. On scouring my 'set aside for use another day' pile of carefully guarded ancillary 'equipment I stumbled upon it. I don't need it. Its the fancy one with pockets inside for card or hardboard to protect knobs and stuff £30.00 posted will get it to you. Dimensions are : Length 450mm x Depth 280mm x Height 240mm
  12. Well, late to the party again, story of my life.... tsk tsk tsk, now what can I sell.... Bona Fide anyone...🤓
  13. These cabs (IMO) are the best value full range cabs on the market at this price point. I owned them from new and only parted company with them to downsize to PJB C 4's.
  14. Nick, in original post: External dimensions are: 49.5” x 15.25” x 5” Internal dimensions are: 47.5” x 13.25”/14” x 2.75” lower part Approx 4”
  15. Ok OK why don't you, take the pennies from my eyes I'll take £700.00 Yes that's £700.00 or a part chop with a Class D head and the balance Cash.... Or, Or, I'll do a straight swap for a Limelight fretless 'P', no lines... any colcour
  16. Snaps Nik. Sorry for the delay. Takes my Overwater 35" scale no probs.
  17. This bass Is not Cheap, it’s inexpensive, probably the nicest Overwater I’ve seen for many a year. GLWTS
