2. i onder if you could fit another pup in the original space so you'd have a closely spaced double pup version.
 3.

where did you get that little board from?
 4.
Nash - I'd definitely try out a compressor. Aphex is as good of a start as any. Pick one up from Sound Control - be careful with the packaging and return it if you dont like it.
i've got a comp on my sunn built in. i quite like it as it gives the tone a boost etc.

 8.
Mate that's an odd band name..
haha yea i didn't pick it. i joined the band just before xmas last year. they'd been around for 2 year prior.
Yeah, but BWP are a good laugh live, so it'll be worth the trip anyway, especially if Sheep from Seventh Cross gets involved in the pit
yea hereford should be jokes. who are you. i'm sure i will know you.
 9.
I just thought the title was worth a chuckle post... *chuckles* Anyway - Is it just me or is the black one substantially larger?
yea the sb one is a 94 special. it used to have active electronics (until they broke) and a jazz pup at ther bridge. i'm not really a fan of p and j combo.
Is that a 70s P ?
nah its and 86/87 mij. i had it off OBBM a few months back. it's by far my favourite bass.

 15. i really want to try one with my sunn. there's something missing in my tone. nothing signficant but something. especially when i run through cheaper cabs which is obvs.
 16. you could use the speaker off your combo to your head and keep the volume at 0.
 17. has any one used one with an all valve amp? i had one when i had my ashdown and it was lush for my p-bass. i'm tempted to get one again.
