some times i just couldn't find 'the tone'. especially when using an ashdown abm 8x10. those things are dire. too compact and the drivers are poor. sweet amp though. i'd probs get an ampeg 8x10 if i had one again.

yea caught them in mon. when i saw them the back line was MR had 2 marshall jtm 30 watt heads into 4 4x12 IH had a small fender combo OW had svt 2 with one spare and an 8x10 and two lots of blackstar artisan 30 head with a 4x12 VA just had the 1 leslie stack they sounded sweet. i think all i heard of the bass was a di of the TB. boomy if i was playing guitar i'd say no to 200watts.

i always found my sunn hard to dial in unless it was going through my marshall 8x10

just for guitar i emailed blackstar a while back asking if a bass amp was in the pipeline and they said no.

the series one stuff is terrible. why would anyone make a 200 watt valve guitar amp? also do you me mott as in mott the hoople? when i saw them he was using an SVT 2 clean as a whistle and he use the blackstar 30 watters for his baritone
