Ok so what's the best and why? A Gallien Krueger 1x12 MB or an SWR Baby Blue 2x8. If you had to have just one which one would you choose?

I want a new bass amp but what do I get? I love the Vanderkley stuff but what is better? I don't want anything too heavy. Also what does 'D class' mean? I've only ever heard of 'A class' and 'D class'? Any advice?

This bass is deffinatly sold right? -
I need help in choosing new pick ups and possibly new electronics for my fretless 90's Bass Collection bass. It's one of the "top line" basses with quality wood, it plays great but plugged in I know it could sound better... I'm thinking either EMGs or Bartolinis but I'm told that I may not even need extra electronics installed... Any thoughts...?... Thanks.
