I've just done some googling, and it seems to be suggested that the SFT does invert phase, whether this is bypassed as well as when engaged is another question. Perhaps drop an email/tweet to Catalinbread to confirm?! Si

I think it's largely just an issue of getting too big too quickly, basic infrasturcture not in place to build lots and retain customer contact at the same time. That's simply my observation based on others accounts and their social media updates. Si

Have you tried with different cables to/from the SFT? It could simply be the addition of some extra cable in the chain, however you seem to have your various buffers dotted throughout the chain, so there aren't any great cable lengths before or after the SFT. Again, unless the SFT has a fault, the true bypass dictates that it won't affect tone when bypass (as you know). Si

Are you referring to when the SFT is on or off? It's a true bypass pedal, so it would surprise me a great deal if it was affecting tone whilst not engaged. Bear in mind as well that you do have buffers on your board already, the Boss, the Moog & the Whammy......whether you like the sound of those bypasses is another question . I've never had a problem with Boss buffers, the Moog I've not tried, the Whammy is famously not nice from what I understand. Si

Forgot to post my Rat clone here: Really happy with how this turned out sound wise, Madbeans Rat clone with Ruetz mod and diode selection. The actual PCB was the second I ever soldered, just been hanging around for a while in it's enclosure waiting to be finished. As such, I was a bit gung-ho and drilled the enclosure before I realised that the board accepted mounted switch & pots. Oh well, fairly neat apart from that The paintjob is a mottled/crackled look, very cool, hard to catch in photo Si

If you have a line selector pedal that allows you to run both channels at the same time, it will give you 2 parallel channels out to one amp, allowing you to retain low end (clean channel) and mix in effects (2nd channel). You don't need two amp setups. On a single mode, the LS-2 doesn't do what the original post states, running either channel individually or both, you have to physically change it's mode to do that....not ideal. Si

Why run two amps/cabs?, just have a line selector (Boss, SFX, COG, Lehle etc) that have two channels into one output. The Boss does not allow you to run each channel independently as well as both together (on one setting anyway), which is a shame. My SFX does, and COG have built a similar one to that which also includes phase adjustment. All of those mix to a single output, meaning you have two channels into one amp.
