That's why Stannah stairlifts have got a new turbo charged version, to get you upstairs before you forget what you went up there for. Going for my coat right now, if I can remember where I left it.

 14.
thanks, i could potentially be interested in this... not entirely sure yet Oh and are you sure that board is rosewood? kinda looks like wenge from the pictures
You could well be right, I am no expert I just assume board light= maple, board dark= rosewood. Thumb rest I fitted and know for sure is rosewood.
 15.
what are the body woods? is it one solid wood or laminates? any pics of the back?
Thanks for the interest, body solid mahogany, rosewood board, 5 piece neck, not sure looks like mahogany and bubinga or wenge. These are not your average Soundgear basses (which are very good anyway). I'll post pics of back when I can get my hands on a digital camera (probably tomorrow, very lo tech household) Gerry
 16. For sale Ibanez SR1000, EMG active P/J pickups, 3 band EQ in good condition (a couple of small chips on the headstock and a little bit of buckle rash) made in Japan approx 1994. This is a beautiful instrument, the only reason I'm selling it is because it has too many whistles and bells, I like things simple (volume and tone is enough controls for me to handle). Comes with a hardcase, looking for about £300 + postage or if you are in or near Dorset you can collect. 19. Hi I'm Gerry, been lurking around for a few months now. I'm 59 and been playing bass for two years. I play in a rock/blues covers band (The Above Average Weight Band) if you saw us you'd know how we got our name. Gear is Fender Mustang, Ibanez SR1000 (for sale soon), home made Jazz, Ashdown EB15 180, Genz Benz Shuttle 3, waiting for a Barefaced Compact and looking for a P bass.
