1. Bump for price reduction and before I travel to Kent on Sunday.
  2. Bump for new delivery option Price is collected from Gloucester but I can deliver free of charge on Sunday 18th July if you are between Gloucester and Strood in Kent or for petrol money if not on my route. I am also selling Peavey head and cabs http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=94690
  3. Bump after a tidy up and removal of all items sold and new delivery option.
  4. Downsizing my rig as its overkill for the volume band I'm with at the moment and with a smaller rig I can share transport and petrol cost. Cabs priced to sell, head reluctant sale but included in case anyone is in the market for a complete rig and it will help the sale of the cabs. Peavey 115 BX BW H69cm W62.5cm, D52.5cm, weight approx 80lb. 4 ohm, 700W programme, 350W RMS. Extremely good condition, a couple of light scuffs, with roqsolid cover, £80 sold (cover alone cost almost £50). Price is collected from Gloucester but would consider free delivery if I'm passing or for petrol money. Good condition, tweeter may have been replaced at some stage as screws have been changed, some light scuffs, with roqsolid cover, £60 (cover cost over £30). *taken* Peavey MK VI Head, rugged workhorse 400W 2 ohm, 250W 4 ohm, features include 9 band EQ chorus and crossover, I can email a PDF of the manual for more information. There is a small problem in that there is a pop when turned on and off using the switch on the back of the head but this can be avoided by unplugging without switching off. £60. 5. Never had to use them but I have a card from "Fettle-a-Fret", Gloucester based, 01452 502593.
  6.
Don't suppose you ever get down towards Somerset do you? Could be interested in both.
Depends on how far down you are but could potentially tie it in with gigs in Bristol on 3rd or 17th July, PMd with contact number.
  7. Bump for edit. 5 string sold, electro acoustic reduced to £100, can possibly delivery/arrange collection in Bolton area from Sun 30th May - Wed 2nd June (would need to be sorted before I leave Sun morning).
  8. I can send it through Interparcel, insured for £100, bass will be packed in a cardboard box (from a fender bass) inside the soft gig bag with as much packing as I can fit in between, for £17 so the total delivered price is £97. Alternatively I may be able to meet you on the M4 at Chiveley for the same cost to cover my petrol or even to your house/place of work for a little more depending on the distance if you would prefer. cheers Simon
Could be seriously interested in the 5 string if you're willing to post (surrey)..
9. Bump for price drop on the 5 string to £80 including bag (best online price is over £200).

  13. Bump after reducing price of mic cables to 20% shop price, if you want more than one item I will only charge for postage on the most expensive.
  14.
Do the 2m Speakon leads have 4 pole Speakon connections?
Having double checked on the Livewire Catalogue I can confirm the Livewire Broad1000LU2 2m speakon-speakon cables have 4 pole speaker mount connections and 2 x 1.5mm professional speaker cable.
  15. I've been buying and selling on ebay for almost 5 years and never had a problem that has not been resolved amicably. It is not perfect but it is a huge market, I advertised a couple of cabs on here and in the local rag that didnt shift in weeks but went within a few days on ebay. As a buyer if I see an item with a reserve I generally ignore it, as a seller you have a good chance of someone bidding just to find the reserve then not paying for the item. As a seller I can see no advantage of setting a reserve over making the starting price the minimum you are prepared to sell for. If you receive a low offer politely reject it if you are not interested, if the item does not sell you might still be able to make a deal after the end of the auction (in fact most of my high value i.e £'000s sales and purchases have been done this way meeting the other party and completing the sale in cash). By making your listing as informative as possible you can minimise questions but as a seller I am prepared to put a bit of effort into answering all messages, even the illiterate teenager might have a birthday coming up and parents with some money to spend. I've never used a sniper at the end of the auction, set your maximum bid and ebay does it for you.
  16.
PM'd
Bump for edit with prices to post 2nd class.
  17. I measured all dimensions to the nearest 0.5cm including the lugs on the corners, sketched a picture with all the dimensions on,as a check made sure it all added up e.g cm to handle + cm of handle + cm to handle = total depth in cm, scanned in the sketch and e-mailed it over. If you are concerned your measurements may not be correct I would double check them and make sure you have measured the maximum dimensions - to the edges of corner lugs rather than to the edges of the cabinet as that could add on 1 cm all round and end up with the cover not fitting.
I've sent my measurements over but they're different to the listed TecAmp ones. How did you do yours? Mine are consistently about 1cm smaller than the listed TecAmp ones in terms of HxWxD...
18. +1 for Roqsolid, great quality, great service. I ordered 3 covers, 1 to my measurements, 2 already listed. 1 of the listed covers already listed was slightly too small but was replaced straight away without any hassle. I sent back the other cover, Bryn agreed to do refund my postage as a donation to basschat and has joined as a member.
  19. Thanks MB1, a very good suggestion, measurements of the mic case are 36cmH x 30cmW x 26cmD
MB1. Case measurements may help your sale?.... BUMP
