  1. What A Day - FNM
  2. LaBella flats 😄 Mind you, Entwistle's later memory was never the most reliable thing so who knows?
  3. Oh man... this is sad news. I bought a Spector from Dave a few years ago - being opposite ends of the country worried me a bit, which I explained to Dave. He gave me his number to have a chat and he offered to send me the bass to see if I liked it before deciding if I wanted to buy it. A 2 grand bass. Needless to say I bought the bass, but I've never forgotten what a generous and kind gesture that was. Dave was a credit to our community and he will be missed.
  4. Pyretta Blaze - Type O Negative
  5. And, ironically, played on a Fender Jazz 😆
  6. I read it described as "Townshend's suicide note"... lyrically an uncomfortably raw listen but musically it's probably The Who's prettiest album, conversely.
  7. Get Back in Line - Kinks
  8. I'm interested to find out too, I'm only up the road!
  9. Close The Coalhouse Door - Unthanks
  10. Magic Potion - The Open Mind
  11. Sea And Sand - the who
  12. Walk On Water - Wishbone Ash
  13. Can I Borrow A Feeling? - Kirk Van Houten
  14. Lucky Seven - Chris Squire
  15. Now that is how you demo a bass. Neck pickup fully open with a pick sounds glorious. That's just why I like it! That pickup placement works very well for me on a shortscale. But then, I'm a sucker for old school plonky tones 😄
  16. California Man - The Move
  17. Eating the Cannibals - Heaven and Hell
  18. Texas Flood - SRV
  19. Marsh Mellow Fields - King's X
  20. I used one of these for years. A great pedal, until it suddenly died one day 😔 Funnily enough I thought it had a much more dramatic flange than my Boss, but then that is bass-specific so the flange doesn't affect the low end as much.
  21. Fine Line - Paul McCartney
  22. Ozzmosis is a fantastic bass and drums album.
