  1. This is the Blue Soul on my 3ways 12".
  2. I owned a couple of Glocks in the past... the one with the tall face (can't remember the name) and a "normal" one... not sure it was a Soul MK1 or something else. A few years ago. Well, they were all great sounding amps, of course. Those ones were a tiny bit noisy in some conditions, while the two I have now are dead quiet.
  3. Who knows... it's just a shame to keep it unused, with the Blue Sould and 3 cabs.
  4. It was on ebay, so it wasn't the final price... there were ebay fees to pay.
  5. Just got a sturdy case (used) for the Soul 2, I'd include it in the sale. 3 units with one handle.
  6. Active only. If I remember correctly, they started putting the push-pull on the volume in 1989, at least on the Thumb.
  7. Hello! Another one in need of a new home. 1988 Stage 1, Wengé neck/fingerboard, Maple body. This one has been played on the Wacken festival stage by one of the previous owners. As you can see there's wear here and there and the hardware could do with a polish, but it's globally in very good conditions for its age and sounds great. Usual pre-91 skinny neck, contoured and concave body... you know the bass, I guess. No trades, sorry. If you need more pictures or informations, send me a message. Shipping by UPS is £50 within Europe, payment by Paypal or bank wire transfer.
  8. Yeah, they're really in a different league. If I was still gigging, I'd keep all the stuff I have. But it's clear I'll never play again outside my house, so why bother?
  9. Up for sale a wonderful Infinity neck-thru, a bass that nowadays costs almost €6000 (€6300 for the 5 strings version on Thomann!). Curly Maple neck, Ovangkol wings. Very very nice. Comes with a brand new hardshell case. No trades, sorry. Can ship by UPS for £50 within Europe. Payment by PayPal or bank wire transfer. Can obviously take more pictures if needed, but as you can see it's very very clean.
  10. Hello! Going to post 4 different Warwicks. This is the first of the list: 1998 Corvette FNA, Ash body, Maple top, Turquoise finish, Wengé neck and Seymour Duncan pickup. Pretty good conditions, no issues. The finish on the body has a few blemishes but nothing major, as you can see. Only needs a fresh set of strings. Straplocks are included. No trades, sorry. £750 plus shipping (£50 within Europe). Payment by PayPal or bank wire transfer. Ships in a Gator soft-shell case (boxed). UPS usually delivers in 3 working days. Of course can take more pictures if needed.
  11. Glock is definitely a higher quality piece of kit if compared to most "commercial" products... and the new price reflects that!
  12. Weird enough, the only other one for sale in Europe is listed at £690... yet I've got offers for £450. 😅
  13. Well, it's not my bass so can't help you much in this matter 😅 All I know is, if I have to sell outside ebay, I gotta do it here as I don't want troubles. I have 159 feedbacks, 100% rating and won't risk it. 🦓
  14. Yeah, risky business. Anyway I'm 100% sure about their fees as I sold lots of basses on ebay and they skinned me LOL.
  15. I'm not in the UK, paypal also applies its own exhange rate. Ebay takes 10% of the grandtotal (including shipping)... so it's over 15% of the final price for sure.
  16. Going on ebay if it doesn't sell here. Not a fan of their fees, though... 10% of the sale price plus 4% to paypal and their own exchange rate... greedy animals! 🤣
  17. Due to downsizing, up for sale a very nice Soul 2 from Glock. Pretty hard to find nowadays, the last one on here sold for £500 a few years ago. Pictures soon! I guess you can easily find specs and reviews online. It works perfectly. I have feedbacks here, on ebay, on Talkbass... you name it. I also have a wonderful Blue Soul I got in trade from our Hellzero... but they're both seeing zero use nowadays. 😞 Payment thru paypal or bank wire transfer, I can ship by UPS, ask for a quote.
  18. Forgot to add that I can obviously provide more pictures and eventually record videos on request.
  19. Have a bump from me, cracking looking bass! Definitely wondering why they're not as famous as other brands building waaay less interesting stuff.
  20. Hello! Just a feeler for now... I'm going to upload pictures in a few hours, the weather is quite miserable and I definitely prefer natural light to take pics... 1988 Thumb bass, transition era (already has the 2 pieces bridge but still has the tilted tuners of the early ones). Thin neck, good action, good frets, stock pickups (EMG) and preamp (MEC 2 bands). No cracks, no repairs, no failing glue joints. Medium weight, I think it's around 4.3 but my balance's battery's gone. It's got some wear and in some spots you can see and/or feel the wood moved a bit, creating the usual "gap" between different pieces. They might be easily removed but this would imply a refinish, that would take away the patina. Easy to do, though, if you want it in mint conditions. Comes with non-original teardrop case, fresh strings and good setup. The battery cover is missing the tooth (as always happens) but it's pretty cheap to replace. I can personally guarantee about the conditions. You're not going to receive an unplayable, dirty or poorly set-up instrument. It will arrive ready to play. I'll do my best to replace the battery cover before shipping, needs nothing else. The bass has a big sound, the first time I played it thru my 18" I thought the lows were boosted... but they weren't. Also very bright. It's one of the "good ones", if you know what I mean. I ship by UPS, £50 within Europe, takes 3 working days. I have feedbacks here and on other platforms (eBay, Talkbass, even the Warwick Bass forum Bass Arena). Payment by bank wire transfer or paypal (normal, not friends/family payment). Not interested in trades, I'm heavily downsizing as I basically only play 15 minutes a week, just for my own pleasure. No band, no gigs.
  21. LOL what's your postal code? I can check and if it's too much we can eventually split... no big deal. It's just a shame to keep all this gear unused.
  22. Just traded items internationally with Tony... it's been an absolute pleasure. Extremely smooth transaction, detailed pictures and description, absolutely flawless package (bomb-proof). Also very very fast shipping, to the point I could barely keep up while scheduling the pick up of the item I was going to ship 🤣 Also threw in extra items in the trade, that was absolutely more than fair even without them. So what more can I say... a true gentleman I'd be just happy to deal with in the future.
  23. Can eventually trade with something I'd use more often LOL.
