I have a Matamp 4x10 and can vouch for these cabs. Hand built, sealed cab with no horn. Very deep (physically) cab that really allows the bass frequencies to develop. Sounds wonderful! Good luck with the sale.

Hi Pete I'm afraid I've no info on the Laklands as there's nothing on the packet. The D'Addario s state 174.29lbs total set tension. Cheers Pete

I used to have one of these in blackburst. They are great basses with really comfortable necks and a whole variety of tones courtesy of the 3 band eq. GLWTS

Thanks sblueplanet. Yes, I think it's a good price, too, as it's in brand new condition. As you say, it's a Stingray at a fraction of the cost.

As I've sold my upright I've no longer any use for this. I bought it new a couple of years ago so it's still in mint condition. Comes with the original fittings, packaging and instructions. A bargain at £100 including postage within the UK.

Good job I'd put the Hoover round just before I took the pics!

My NOS 64 CS Jazz arrived with the guards fitted because I didn't specify otherwise. It also left an impression in the nitro when I took the bridge guard off. It's a superb bass to play and well worth he money.This is a real bargain. GLWTS

A Stingray in mint condition for half the price of new one? No one interested. Have I pitched my price too high???

Could this be a Japan non export model? The description I've read about them is exactly as this one - i.e. dot markers on the fingerboard, scratchplate and chrome control plate with conventional jack socket.
