  1. It's pretty teeny for a 4x10, carried it up 64 steps to my flat using 1 handle. The local yout' were a bit impressed that it was 600w, "you look too old to be a DJ mate". My response was "you look too young to be smoking jazz woodbines sonny"
  2. I had a look at the LaVoce site, did you know they make 21" neodymium drivers. They even provide free PDF cabinet diagrammatics too. An Isobaric 2x21 with one of those old Yamaha Studio Poweramps Bridged, disaster area/fracking time. Am joking Btw. However I've purchased @chimikes TE 1818 which now seems a bit unnecessary, still might be fun however.
  3. Can't imagine you'd find anyplace better qualified.
  4. It's in brilliant nick, I might do that yet. Tend to be a bit pernickety/anal retentive about my stuff. However that tuff coating looks pretty heavy duty. The likelihood of me developing Barefaced longings is now minimal. Why aren't these Nexus Cabs getting more attention/hype?
  5. It's a pretty devastatng combination with stewblacks. AH500x. First time I've had a 4x10 that weighs less than my Amp, 1st time I've carried a 4x10 on a Bus too😳
  6. An absolutely brilliant gesture. Old school customer service too, may get some more old TE gear on the strength of that😁😉😆😆
  7. It's a fantastic combination with the Ah500. Half setting on the tweeter suits me but sounds fine on full output too. Wound the volume up to 4ish for a bit ha ha ha, a bigger space may yet get sillier.
  8. Picked it up today, having checked dimensions and weight I went up on Bus (the Joint Studios @ Kings Cross) decided to do the same on the way back! Just stopped playing with it for now an absolutely awesome little cab. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, can't believe my luck😁😉
  9. Vendor had just taken it down, I offered the Asking Price and have just purchased this. Suspect it will go nicely with My recent TE AH500x from @stewblack. What do you reckon Stewart?
  10. Isn't that a Gibson Grapnel?
  11. But only if they stray into your Cort-i-zone 😊
  12. And a rocking chair on your porch.
  13. Wow, rather more than KSD 5er then. I need to get a comfy strap, that's for sure. My jamming pals take the p**s when I play seated.
  14. My recent KSD is 13.5 pounds, Having lavished some cash on the thing I reckon I'll use my handy rounders bat to repel boarders. What was your heaviest?
  15. Forestalled me by seconds, what took everyone so long!!
  16. That snot green Vulture thing on another thread would be terminal, along with Gene Simmonds' axe thingy.
  17. The only musical argument I had with a Female was when she used MY party Stereo Eqpt to play the Proclaimers.

I've seen a chap in Stafford using a Trace 350 with a BF Big Twin, Will check my 2 week old lottery ticket. Would be useful as I live up 64 steps. Rationale Rationalisation time. !!!
  19. Yes, that bit from the Swindle film was evidence of it's efficiency. JJ Burnel had more respect for his instrument (& ability X 100). He had recourse to considerable martial arts skills instead.
  20. The ex sang in BBC symphony chorus and liked Messiaen, Henze and Bartok. .& from Weather Report to 1990s rave. My Stereo used to get some workouts.

Rationale / Rationalisation seems to be an elastic concept Mr Black. !!! Then again I suspect that I'm starting to get silly myself 😂🤣
  22. You can now blitz people with the Eidolon double CD, about 150 minutes of Allan. Luckily my Portuguese neighbour's son, no mean Fado'ey guitarist has now discovered he loves Allan. His girlfriend blames me however 😂
  23. My ex firstly heard Gong Gazeuse , saying oh no not hippy trippy crap. She loved it. Secrets became her favourite. She accompanied me to an AH gig @ Brentford Waterman's Arts Centre, there weren't many females at Holdsworth gigs.
  24. A really heavy Precision then. Peavey T35/40 an option.
  25. Something with a CFR neck.
