  4. Hi guys, I sometimes get this issue where I get a split in my skin, it starts at the fingernail then works its way up the finger. I need advice on what to put on it to patch it and allow me to continue playing, I heard superglue, but looking for options as it can be painful. I work in heavy industry, I use gloves, clean my hands and moisurise regularily, still my hands have a hard life, thats just how it is.
  5. It came with the bass, IDK. Sorry, I know thats about as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike. 😐
  6. Bass is in exceptional condition, It has a custom see through scratch plate, which shows off the lovely quilted maple top, but the original comes with it too, and a Dingwall gig bag and a spare set of strings. Originally supplied by The Bass Gallery in London. I can do a whatsaap video call if you want to see the bass demo'd or just look over it in real time. Price includes postage in the UK, Bass will be securely packaged & insured. Full specs are here if you need it.:- https://dingwallguitars.com/combustion

  14. I like innovation, not this time unfortunatley.
  15. I bagged a second hand line 6 Helix FX and it's pretty damn impressive for the price, I link it to my PC. I find it easy to update and use, for the price its great I use it way more than I initially thought I would. I still have pedals cos I like specific stuff, but it doesn't take me long to get what I need from the Helix. I'm still getting used to all of its functions, but I must say I'm a fan, I can try various sounds out without shelling out for a pedal. No amp modelling, but loads of switches which can be useful. I'd like to try a Quad Cortex but they're freaking expensive, like my fuel bill.
  16. Proper nice this is.
  17. I'm having a big reorganising of my stuff, my band just folded and I'm now onto the next project, want some new gear so got to sell some current gear, you know how it is. All of the equipment listed here is in very good condition indeed, with the exception of the EBS pedal which has a few small chips to the paint, which I've photographed. I look after my kit, it's been used mainly for home use, some practice and it's all from a smoke free home with no wet dogs. 😅 All prices include postage within the UK. Darkglass Alpha Omega Ultra (SOLD) Darkglass BK7 Ultra (Withdrawn) EBS Multicomp studio edition (SOLD) Polytune 3 £50 (SOLD) Dunlop Cry baby mini bass wah (SOLD) Boss Bass Chorus CEB3 (SOLD) Roland BCB x60 pedalboard (withdrawn) Any questions just ask away and I'll do my best to answer them, cheers, my feedback thread is below.
  18. Really surprised this hasn't gone yet, I'd tempted myself if I wernt already falling over instruments. 😅
  19. I'll try to make this as short as I can I am trying to record my bass (using ableton) and video using OBS. OBS can recognise my scarlett interface so I can record video (logitech streamcam) mic and bass (via scarlett 2i2). Problem is it doesn't pick up ableton unless I move away from asio, then it picks it up, but I have about a second of lag which is unuseable. I want to use ableton as I can add other tracks/instruments easily. I wanted to ask the community for advice on this. Maybe use another software. I'm interested in home recording for YT, but also streaming. Thanks for looking.
