  1. Any news on TM? Last I read on TB he was suffering, health wise. Hope he's doing okay. Great player.
  2. Do you think he'll be there for a change.....!😁
  3. Flicked through the last two episodes of the series last night. Very disappointed. This series of 'Later' was really the weakest in years, and there's some stiff competition in there! It's really what's been posted before - that there seems to be a weekly 'formula' to the guests, and it's getting seriously dull. We need live music on TV, but this? I really think it's time to put JH and his show out to pasture, and start again. It's been running since 1992 - with so much having changed since then, is there a place for the programme? Soon be time for the Hootenanny - time again for Ruby Turner, Roland Rivron, etc, and the same approach as the last 24!
  4. Graeme clearly has a great taste in music, proving it by purchasing the autobiography of one of the Grateful Dead's drummers from me! Great to deal with, big thumbs up from here! 😀
  5. You just send money to I think it's family and friends or something like that. Neither side incurres and extra charges, so it's perfect for BC deals! 😁
  6. Bought and sold a couple of times with Mark. Really nice guy, deal with complete confidence! 😀
  7. BILL KREUTZMANN - DEAL - DRUMMING, DREAMS AND DRUGS WITH THE GRATEFUL DEAD Excellent condition copy of Bill's excellent autobiography. Read once, and then on the shelf - no rips, creases or tears! Super read - I'm a bit of a Dead-head, but even for non-fans, it's a great rock 'n' roll story. Only looking for £8 for this, UK postage included. Amazon currently asking £12.99. Payment by PayPal 'git' please. PM with interest, and thanks for looking! SB 😀
  8. NEIL PEART - GHOST RIDER Mint condition copy of Neil's acclaimed book that deals with his life and motorcycle journey in the aftermath of the tragedy of events in the late 90's. Purchased by myself, but I never got around to reading it! Only looking for £10 for this, free postage in the UK. Amazon price is currently £24.99! Payment by PayPal 'gift' please. PM with interest, and thanks for looking! SB 😀
  9. Sold Norm my Jack Bruce biography. Super to deal with , instant payment - great BC'er all round. Thanks Norm, enjoy! 😀
  10. Sold Julian some Fender flats. Super smooth transaction - instant payment, and great comms throughout. A credit to the BC community! Thanks again Julian. 😀
  11. I think £12 all in is probably more sensible. Can't change the original price!
  12. FENDER 9050 45-100 FLATS Bought these the other day, but project fell through and I no longer need them. Fitted to a Precision, but only played for under 30 minutes. As such, they're not even bedded in! Only asking £12 for these, UK postage included. Payment by PayPal 'gift' please. Any questions, PM away, and thanks for looking! 😀
  13. Next book to go is the excellent authorised biography of the one and only Jack Bruce, 'Composing Himself', by Harry Shapiro. Long and informative, it is a very honest and detailed account of Jack's ups and downs. Very honest read. It's in mint condition, read once, and then it's been on the shelf. A week off sick from work has prompted me to finally sort some things out! Only looking for £8 for this, postage included in the UK. Amazon price is currently at around £15. You can see in the pictures - mine looks as new - no spine creases, scuffs, or anything like that. Payment by PayPal 'gift' please. PM with any interest, thanks for looking! SB 😀
  14. Sold Mickey a copy of Glenn Hughes' excellent autobiography. Instant payment, and a great BC'er to deal with. Enjoy the read Mickey! 😀
  15. Did you buy these from Beedster on here? Only ask as that looks exactly like my old rig I sold to him - leads, covers, everything! 😀
  16. This. Probably why it's the most recorded bass ever. Look at Later....loads of bands every series using P's. Ease of use, no doubt.....you'll always cut through. Many other basses, as I'm sure we've all had, don't always quite so much!
