  1. Hi @jardin9, have you seen the one recently listed on the Fretboard, might be of interest to you
  2. Too many changes for me, but that ebony fretboard looks lovely
  3. I can help with the .5 bit if you could manage the rest
  4. I’ve listened to all these tracks and there’s not one I don’t like, great productions , I think I’m gonna have to get this album
  5. Andy B has got a really nice 61 P, all original in fiesta red in, really lovely thing and sounds lovely , too high price tag for me, https://www.andybaxterbass.com/products/1961-fender-precision-bass-fiesta-red-1
  6. Yeah sure, always best to try if you can, are they still not accepting visitors
  7. I’ve got an LB30 and they are pretty nice, imo there’s not a massive amount of eq , it’s more subtle I’d say ,but it has a very nice tone of its own , I’ve also got a pf50t which is very different , it has that Ampeg sound and is a lot more versatile, they are both very good
  8. Amazing service
  9. They are a member here, you also got this to have a look through
  10. I’d forgotten about the one Tony Tuff did and Tappa Zukie
  11. There’s a few from the 90s in riddim ID https://riddim-id.com/riddims/733/love-me-forever
  12. That’s a great song and yeah there’s many versions, if I’m not mistaken I think the original is by Carlton &the shoes, I’ll have a look at the 90s releases
  13. Good one here from Don, guess the Flabba Basslines , I’ve got a few already and know more, just got to think of them
  14. I would try pauls suggestion above, and have a close look at the frets snorkie, I’m guessing it’s something minor, I’ve had so many jazzes and precision’s over the years and none have had any dead spots ,despite what some may say it’s not common in my experience of them
  15. I’m different in that I buy my vintage basses to play and not for show, I happily play them anywhere and they’ve never let me down
  16. I had one of the Fender Classic 70s Jazzes for a long time, really nice jazzes, the necks are deeper than a standard jazz
  17. I use a tab pdf and print lots off , then I hole punch them and put them in a folder , a notebook would be handy though
  18. That’s a beauty 👌
  19. Sounds great, would love to see a pic if you have one webby
  20. I occasionally play both, I wouldn’t say either is better as such, it’s just a personal preference , i like vintage fenders so it’s 4 for me
  21. Nice tune frank, and the mellow dub version
  22. Browsing through some backing tracks to play over and came across this one, good riddim
  23. Haven’t heard that in a long while, I remember buying the album when it came out and was blown away, great selection
  24. Hi, fairly sure you can’t use both outlets at the same time on a valve amp as I asked this once myself , but I’m sure someone with more expertise will be along soon
