  1. I’ve never really used any pedals, but that does look and sound great, my only pedal’s are a tuner and the sansamp VTbass , which I don’t use much as I’m all valve now
  2. Aka Koxx is a great player and there’s some nice basslines on his channel
  3. Sorry to hear this 2020, my condolences
  4. Loving the first track ☝️
  5. The new one from Don
  6. Nice bit of Gregory
  7. There’s a Nash jazz on gumtree, not sure if it’s of any interest to you mr B
  8. It’s a beautiful bass and Sam is a 100% gentleman to deal with 👍
  9. Do you play on a bus often 😁
  10. Isn’t that a song
  11. Yeah I know 😁, A friend of mine uses 2 of them, it’s a beast of a set up
  12. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with the 1024, the output is definitely higher than the 414 I had, it’s very well put together and it seems to me to have more variation in tone, I play reggae and this really puts out some lows, and the action on mine is 1.5 at the 12th with no buzz, it sets up well 🙂
  13. I do 😄, they also sound good at low volume
  14. Originally released in 1967
  15. Amazing cab, I’ve just bought one of these, now do I need 2🤔
  16. That’s great, glad it worked out for you and I think that bridge looks better , nice project 👍
  17. I’ve never heard this one before, @taunton-hobbit you probably know it, and it’s on Prince Buster label
  18. Straight in with Marcia Griffiths this morning
  19. Would drilling them at an angle work ,so the back stays the same ?
  20. For any fans , you might want to watch ch 5, it’s abba night, even the movie is on 😁
  21. In that case, if it was me I would try it with 2 fixing screws and fit the E and G strings to make sure the scale length/ intonation works, if it does you know the A and D will be be okay , if that makes sense 🙂
  22. Congrats, that’s lovely 👍
  23. I was playing this this morning , nice Bassline .
  24. It’s hard to measure because of the body shape ,but I’d say about 8-10mm by eye, as long as it doesn’t alter your intonation too much
