1.
the MK1 Attitude had that- an aluminium block, but there were 4 visible bolts on the back of the body, with 2 inset plates. on the MK2 they did away with the block. Andy67, you've got one of each?
yup! on the mk1 it was aircraft grade aluminum fixed onto the neck to give more through body support...this was changed to a wooden block on the mk2 and is bolted on the inside.

 11. a lot of bass for a potential bargain price! wished I hadn't parted with mine but ...wouldn't buy another. I fitted a bartolini humbucker soapbar in the neck position and a set of vintage scheter split p in the middle/body position...what a difference it made and what a sound...awsome for the relative cheapness of that bass!
 12.
Well we'll find out now as I bought it....... (and I'm not telling you how much I got it for !!!! ) What I have found out though is that according to the blue book the 5 strings were CIJ, but this is definately a US made beast. It has a low serial number too so I'm going to email Fender see if they can tell me anymore..... It will need soem work doing.. The nut is playable but willl need replacing. The frets wil lbe dressed and levelled although they aren't that bad. Several bits of corrosion are being sorted, and although I will keep the plastic bucket type knobs I'm going to put black metal ones on. It all seems to be pretty authentic, and it has been played a bit, but not abused. As to sound, I have no idea yet as the strings were knacked and it was filthy so it currently being stripped and when the new bits arrive I'll re -string it and set it up. The neck is devine...... Oh and Andy if your source has any more "not very good" recommendations, please let me know...... Does he pick out horses or lottery numbers? Bob.
I certainly will burpster...however horses for courses! enjoy....no tips no lottery numbers
 13. well done folks! missed that one....but pleanty more to come ! of that I'm sure! maybe we should start up a league table of scammers identified and a result column to see who gets the most of the barstewards!!!

 16. hi definately a jazz bass, more particularly the squier vintage modified 75 natural that I have for sale at £200.....the neck profile on a jazz is very suitable! andy
 17.
Not over-regulated..... just regulated. I prefer not having to pick up the bits after folks have escalated from 'freindly banter' into exchanging insults. Keep it (genuinely) playful and I wont interject (there is no need). I can however detect when folks have had thier cages rattled (part of my job) and I wont have others baiting them. B.
dont get that burpster...unless someone has complained?? my cage certainly isn't rattled nor did I have the intention of rattling anyone elses! so you have lost me a little on this....................

 21. the ATK is fantastic value for the money!! more so than any mm! you cant close a thread that is causing such cracking debate!!? great for all to take part in! El_Jimbob do you have your own shop? if so please explain the percentage?
 22.
What's wrong with a 40% markup? Or even a bit more? You think there aren't people out there who rely on that to make their living? Or who think it's worth it for the effort they put into setting it up and selling it? Thanks, you've made my day - just when i thought Asda selling guitar packs couldn't make me feel any worse.
lots wrong with a 40% mark-up and thats generous!!!! people would make more of a living if things were more affordable!!!!! also...why pay £1100 for a music man when you can import them in new for hundreds less??? time shops woke up! when did asda start selling guitar packages????
 23. take it easy man - your having the downer after the shopping! enjoy!
