1. This may be a stupid question but would this work....? The Korg DTR-1000 rack tuner has a mute button on the front panel. If this was in the effects loop of the Little Mark: i) would you be able to use the tuner? ii) would pressing the mute button mute the sound to your amp for silent tuning? Thanks, Jim.
2.
GAS... i got GAS for a schecter model t & especially those epiphone rippers. i was going to get a mark hoppus jazz, but after playing that ripper...
I had a go on a Ripper too. I didn't think I was going to like it but I thought it was really great. The neck was cool and it sounded really good. The only thing that I didn't like too much was the weight of it. Really good Bass for the money though!
3. My mate got a Marshall Ltd Edition JCM 2000 DSL 100 4*12 stack for £900, the other bought a Takamine G-series electro-acoustic in black for £319. I bought a Dean Z Tour Bass with a gig bag for £400. The EQ is really great and the birds on the Dean stand were unbelievable! The photo below is of me doing a silly pose with my new axe (sorry about the fingerprints!).....
4. Sorry dude, didn't know that.
5. Did no one else go??
6. Sorry to hear that man. Have you since tried using a splitter pedal (such as A/B/Both Pedal)? I am going to give it a go at my next rehearsal myself. I am going to run a Fender Guitar amp combo along with my Bass head/cab. I played through the Fender at the weekend and got a really cool overdrive. Using it along with my Bass rig it should hopefully sound cool!
7.
That is truly scary...no wonder the 'birds' made themselves scarce!!
I think it was the smelly socks rather than me be (un)scary!
8. Hi, I know a some of us went to Music Live over the weekend, I was just curious about what people bought? My mate got a Marshall Ltd Edition JCM 2000 DSL 100 4*12 stack for £900, the other bought a Takamine G-series electro-acoustic in black for £319. I bought a Dean Z Tour Bass with a gig bag for £400. The EQ is really great and the birds on the Dean stand were unbelievable! The photo below is of me doing a silly pose with my new axe (sorry about the fingerprints!)..... I had a look at the new Ashdown 6*10 cabs while I was there too, I got to say I wasn't too impressed with the way they sounded (especially for the price). What did you buy/look at?
9. Check out the link I've put here. She runs 3 different rigs and uses a line select pedal to split her signal. Simple but effective idea! Amy's Bass World - Rickenbacker and Rig (Part 3)
10.
1-10.. if you managed to get 6 o' clock on your EQ you've broken it..
LOL! Good point! Thanks.
11. Machines...just to clarify....when you say, for example "Bass: 5", is that the 5 o'clock position or is it in relation to a scale of 1-10?
