  1. MXR M281 Thump-Bass Preamp complete with original box and the gubbins that comes in it. In great condition and not been outside the house. No power adapter as it didn't come with one and has velcro on the underside. Sorry, no trades. Price includes 1st Signed For postage.
  2. Tech 21 Leeds Preamp complete with the Tech 21 tin and the paperwork/manual that comes with it. No 9v power adapter as they didn't come with one. Has both velcro and little rubber feet on the underside. Sorry, no trades. Price includes 1st Signed For postage.
  3. Whirlwind Bass 10 ten-band graphic EQ + Vol. No box and has both velcro and little rubber feet on the underside. It's 18v but didn't come with any power adapter when I bought it, plus it lived on my pedalboard and drew its power from a powerbrick. These things get great reviews and for some reason hardly seem to come up for sale. Sorry, no trades. Price includes 1st Signed For postage.

  5. Bought a couple of sets of unused strings from Murray. Easy to deal with and very fast delivery........ excellent.
  6. Pedaltrain METRO 24 & Soft Case. I seem to have misplaced the cable ties and 'hook' part of the velcro, hence the price. These seem to be about £90 so grab a bargain. Excellent condition and never been outside the house other than to take the photos. Price includes P&P.
  7. Pedaltrain NOVO 18 & soft case....... never used and still in box with all the gubbins. Seem to be around £120 these days. An as new unused and effectively unopened Pedaltrain NOVO 18 complete with the soft case, shoulder strap, Velcro rolls and cable ties, original packaging etc (all complete as it arrived). I have no idea what I was thinking when I bought it as a Covid buy, especially given I only use a couple of pedals. Completely unused and been longer out of its case to take these photos than at any other time 🙂 Postage will be with UPS Next Day.
  8. Bought an OLP Fiver from Dave. Nice chap and great to do business with.
  9. Bought a couple of pedals from Gerry. I was only buying the one but saw he had another I could do with and he kindly did me a package deal 🙂 Excellent prompt comms and a pleasure to seal with. Highly recommended.
  10. Paul bought a One Control Silver Peg from me after he posted in the Items Wanted. Good comms and paid immediately....... Highly recommended.
  11. Orange Crush Bass 50. Good condition apart from the dent to the metal top corner protector (see pic). It also has a jack socket fitted to the back which I had done. Reason being you ask? It allowed me to have the option of plugging my backup amp in should the need arise and using the speaker only (obviously, not done with the combo's amp switched on). I suppose you could drop an extension cab on also if you checked out impedances. Happy for collection, but also happy to post, which would be under a tenner (not Hermes).

  12. Fender Precision Neck, Made in Japan. Ser No dates it to 1984-87. Maple neck with rosewood fretboard. To me it feels and appears to be a D-profile neck, but could be a C (see pics), either way it's quite shallow and nice to play. I've had this for some time now and used it on a build but I ended up swapping for a roasted maple neck instead. I'll throw in postage (not Hermes). Truss rod works fine, frets levelled, dressed & polished. The truss rod as you can see is in the heel and operated with a 5.5mm or 1/4" Allen key. It's actually quite a sensitive truss rod with even the slightest turn having quite an effect. It's had a bone nut fitted during its time at some point, which although only a decent job it was fine when fitted to one of my basses. Original gloss lacquered finish on the maple which has aged a bit as you can see from the pic where I removed a tuner. I was always baffled by the tuners as they are slightly different but my knowledge of MIJ mid-80s Precisions is limited. I thought they'd been replaced, but they're the original ones as you can see from the drill holes and the 'non-aging shadow' left when I removed one.
