MXR M280 Vintage Bass Octave in excellent condition complete with box, paperwork and original adapter (unused).

 

These came with an adapter which was probably only i there to fill out the oddly oversized box 🙂  Anyway, it's still with it as you can see.

 

Has a bit of velcro on the underside as it was board mounted briefly.
