5.
It's better than this! https://www.youtube....h?v=iZI9YNIB2YI
Well it wasn't out of tune - was it?
 6. Was watching him on a recording of OGWT not long ago too - very sad loss. RIP. 70's not old - I'm not far off and still going strong.
 7. Ordered Jazz Bass Control kit with plate from John late Tuesday. Newly built kit arrived earlier this morning, is now fitted and making Bass sound truly great. (due to very easy to follow instructions) Thanks John for a brilliantly quick service and your expertise and time. Al
 8.
Yeah, the only problem is that instead of thinking "make it stop", I just break out in a massive grin and want to listen to it again!
Oh! you're well hooked man
 9.
Yep - and from ANOTHER sax player. Wonder why we're all turning to the dark side.
It must be the force... it's too great an attraction.

 11. I like it too - played it with a few bands.
 12. WeTransfer is worth checking out too. Al
 13. MuseScore isn't bad. Plenty of useful tools. I tried that first, then went to Finale. Being a bit lazy, I find Finale does a lot of things for you, particularly if you use MusicXML imports.
 14.
Really great minds think alike. ... but have you read the BC Terms of Use, Al? Are you sure you newbies are in fact allowed to welcome someone who's been here for a year?
Didn't realise that it was written in stone Bert. But it's just my nature I guess. No toe-stepping intended. I guess I can leave it up to you old soldiers to do the welcoming from here and bide my time until I get some time under my belt. (mutter, mumble, more rules than you can shake a stick at...mutter) Al
 15. Hello Will - Welcome to the forum. Al
 16. Hello Bazza - Welcome to the light! Al
 17.
I like 'Suddenly Seymour', my old teacher worked me over with it.
Hope it didn't hurt too much - you seem to have come out ok though Al
 18. Hi Chris - very warm welcome. Oh dear Bert - thought you loved everyone/thing Al

 20.
My first home computer was a Tandy TRS80.
So was mine - with the cassette tape for loading and backup. Did you ever get to play Galactic Trader? (pre elite-type game with pixel graphics) -oh the memories.
 21.
I like the plural of forum, very good. Sounds a bit like a flower.
- and almost a soft margarine.
