It might be just me, but I don't recall seeing that many Warwicks being played in metal bands. I think it's the bass player who really makes the difference anyway - them and the semi-skilled monkey on the PA desk who can make a great bass and great bassist sound like mud!

I have the same on my Stingray - a crack through the neckplate, not just the chrome. There's no sign of any over-zealous tightening, so it might be a generic problem or maybe a batch of faulty plates. Let me know how you get on with getting a replacement plate with the same serial number on it

I listened to some online samples and thought it sounded pretty neat The bass demo is from 2.00m

It's amazing what people pay for secondhand stuff on ebay, when you can buy it for less brand new if you spend 5 minutes with a search engine.

Have you tried slowing it down with some of the free software like "Amazing Slowdowner" or "Transcribe"

He's selling a few things, including a bass that was posted on another thread where he states, "This is a new ebay account and i have over 400 positive feedback on my other Ebay business account." Then why make a new one?
