  1. A Friday bump....... Any trades?
  2. A Sunday "has nobody got an old Squire P bass they don't want" type bump....!!!
  3. Putting this up for sale as it really does just sits in its case doing nothing..... I've had it about 4 months and it's been out at rehearsals about 3 times..... Condition wise it's pretty much mint, there are no dings or scratches I can see on the neck or body, very slight plectrum wear on the pick guard and one very small dent on the edge of the head stock .. Mods wise it has one of KioGon's wiring looms so the electrics have been upgraded and you will never have to worry about soldering new pickups ever again. He also supplied me with some Fender controls knobs instead of the original metal ones (originals inc) It was recently set up by the guys at the Bass Gallery in Camden and will be strung with a set of Roundwound Elites before she leaves. She currently lives in a Stagg which I will throw in...... It won't lock any more but will do for to transport her around for a sale or trade..... Trade wise, I really am a P bass player now so any straight swaps for a P bass would be perfect..... I will drop off or meet if you are not millions of miles away from me, and I'll also be in Manchester playing on the 23rd August if anyone is interested in a trade/meet up.... I'm based on the East London/Essex borders Any questions or further photos just drop me a line
  4. Any trades considered or is it sale only?
  5. Price drop and added pics style bump........ I realised the original price may have been a bit over optimistic......... I
  6. I've had this bass since November last year but I need the cash for something I've got my eye on.... Condition wise, it's what you would expect for a bass that's 30 years old, I'd called it mildly "roadworn" with marks and dings in all the right places. The neck is very smooth, the electrics are all original as far as I know and the JV serial number (JV20.....) I think means she was put together between Oct 82 and March 83. She is also strung with a set of LaBella flats (45-105's) In my mind the best flats out there. It comes with a tatty old Stagg 100% imitation tweed case if required Everyone knows what these P bass sound like and the history behind them but any questions just drop me a line. Better pics available on request I'm based on the Essex/East London border, can courier if need I'm more than willing to meet up or drop off the bass if the distance isn't to far I'm really only after cash.... Unless in the vain hope you have a spare Stingray, Spector or Yamaha BB1024 just laying around doing nothing but gathering dust
  7. Forgot to add, do they come with screws etc.?
  8. Would you post to the UK.?
  9. This bass is now sold pending the usual....
  10. Andy I would certainly be very, very interested but sadly, thanks to car bills, I have no extra cash at the moment Dave
  11. Forgot to add...... She includes a Stagg tweed hard case that's in decent condition, is strung with a set of chrome flats and the price has courier charge included.....
