  1. PM'd back at you
  2. Wow ! Sorry to derail your thread For Quatschmacher: I had the old "Deep Impact", but this is something else entirely. What does it sound like without your expertise in patch creation ?
  3. Yes. It's 32" Medium scale. I've had a 650, a 550, and this 350. All medium Full scale was SB, RSB etc........
  4. Right, I've taken the GK-3B off. Photographed the holes that remain. Taken the GK's control plate off the back the control plate. No sign of it remains. I've added the new pics onto the main post, so here we go again......
  5. Now sold Elsewhere TC Helicon VoiceLive Touch Vocal Harmony/Looper/FX, Pitch Correction unit. Comes with original PSU, manual (with small tear), and separate Switch 3 foot remote pedal and cable. Excellent condition. Hardly used, never been gigged, and from a smoke free home. Can be controlled by guitar, keyboard, or scale selection. Working perfectly. can be used on desktop or mounted on a mic stand.
  6. re Lap Steel. I've always played a bit of slide. Mostly G tuning, but I also have a Roland Strat which when input into a VG99 (no longer have it) or Boss GP-10 can have any tuning you like through guitar modelling (there is a resonator, but would probably use a strat or Tele model) 6 string only though, but with two controller pedals can be assigned to any string to change notes momentarily. Not quite "Authentic" as Gibson might say (that's another story ), but I wouldn't mind sticking the 13 pin guitar pickup on a lap steel and see where it would take me. e.g. "normal" whatever tuning on the lap steel, switch Roland pickup on to select an entirely different tuning with the option to drop/raise two of the notes. Obviously only worth trying if you have any of this stuff which I do. I'll be watching my local CC for a cheap lap steel, and if the results are good, I'll buy something better. Totally off the subject, but could be of interest ?
  7. Totally new Roland GK-3B 13pin Bass pickup for controlling GR-55, VB99 etc. Can be used on 4, 5, and 6 string basses. This is NOT the pickup on the Aria bass I was selling. I'll probably put that on another bass. As per, I have good feedback on eBay, and on here under 2pods. Unopened and never used, owing to finding a used one with the VB99 I had after I'd bought this one of course. They're £139 - £149 in the shops, so think this is a good price. Here come the pics
  8. Thanks Stew, I thought so too. Maybe its the thought of the two screw holes that will be left sans GK3B ?
  9. Is it the same pickup as the one on the Aria TSB350 that I'm selling in Basses for sale ?

If so, Kent Armstrong (I can't remember his son's name does a replacement as well as rewinds for MB IIIs.

Unless you'd like to buy MY Aria ?

Thank you but I have two Cardinals CSB380 and 450, also four other Matsumoku basses.

  10. Yes, I should really. It's just laziness
  11. Lowered price for the last time £200 + £15 p&P
  12. Trade removed
  13. Tell me about it ! Oh wait, you already have
  14. Price dropped to £250
  15. Sold Derrey a VB99. Entirely painless. Thank you muchly
  16. +1 for the Nordy's . I have a 30th Anniversary SGR with same and same circuit. Sound brilliant. Lovely bass
  17. What's not to like for a solid Jap bass.........Finally removed GK3B pickup. All that's left behind is the two screw holes between the bridge and the pickup. New pics sans GK-3B are at the end of this post Late 1970s Aria TSB350 32" medium scale Bass. Made by Matsumoku in Japan. Body is Ash, neck is maple, and fingerboard is rosewood. Fitted with a single MBIII pickup, tone and volume controls, and a Brass quick change bridge. The bass has a small but fashionable collection of dings, nearly all on the body and mostly scratches, but not even approaching relic status. Its in very good condition for its age. it's completely original. it weighs 5kg. Everything is working as it should. Unfortunately there is no case, but will be sent very heavily bubble wrapped in two hard wall boxes with plenty of packing. I'm willing to post anywhere on the UK mainland for £15 p&p. My user name is also 2pods on ebay, if you care to check my feedback. I have some here too. Here come the pics...........................
  18. I shall investigate. .....and I'll liberate my pics from Photobucket too !
  19. Thanks for upping the pics in the right order Ped. File Molester kept putting them up in the wrong order. I was reduced to going into edit, upping the file, saving, and repeat......
  20. PM replied to.
