Blimey guys calm it down! The mag will cater for a mixture of tastes, so check it out if you fancy. I think it's a good read and whilst I was unsure about the digital magazine format initially I am really impressed with the way it works. I can also have another tab open so I can search for gear and open links from the mag. Pretty cool for a few quid. ped

I set the default email behaviour the other day and it may have changed something - double check your notification settings and see if that sets it to how it was before (working, but still not working properly) Cheers

Lovely Vigier here too! I'm glad more people are discovering these basses. I have played the Roger Glover sig bass and it was gorgeous. Patrice Vigier is a cool guy, too!

Love it. I have only tried one of the series 4 basses at the Manchester Bass Day but I couldn't really hear it properly - what I was interested in though was the feel of the bass. I have an old series 2 (graphite neck) Vigier which I love and it's good to see these newer models continue the same lovely feel of the series, even with a bolt on neck. Welcome to the club, it's quite an exclusive group! ped

My POV is that I can't tell you exactly what the problem is because we have sorted out any known issues our end and the ones left we are doing our best to fix. Ben has just started his own company and is quite busy with that, I just got promoted at work and I'm quite busy with that too. My business partner Steve is on the other side of the world so communicating isn't easy. I can't afford the cost of calling in someone else to help and even if I could I wouldn't have the technical know how to even begin to use him or her productively. I haven't got any IT knowledge myself. Any problems left are down to the company who makes the software or the users, both of which mean my hands are tied. I would say that despite all that, we have managed to make the transition as smooth as anyone could expect. In between phone calls, meetings, tax returns, merchendising nightmares and countless admin tasks and an actual career it really is actually a miracle you still have us to complain about. I really do appreciate how frustrating it must be for you, especially as it seems you are an isolated case, and I'll do my best to sort it out. Don't think I'm ignoring any request or problem, however small. That's my POV. ped

Everything works perfectly for me and presumably most other people but we cant diagnose or help if we don't know. I'm not technical anyway so not much use. The fact of the matter is we need constructive feedback so we can fix things rather than people throwing the towel in and complaining about it. Anyway, I'm off to bed, I have work tomorrow...

Yup, that too. Sorry it's taken so long but there wasn't anything we could do until they fixed it their end. I have asked Ben to install it as soon as he can, and when he does, I'll announce it in Site News, FB and Twatter ped

It's confirmed to be fixed in the new update which is out now, so I'll have to see about getting it installed ASAP... Thanks ped
