From Pete today: We proudly present Ian Parker & his band, one of Europe’s major guitar and song writing talents who also has a soulful voice like Robert Cray. With a guitar style like the younger Peter Green and a brilliant new live album ‘The Official Bootleg’ plus a cracking band, Ian has been touring with the likes of Gary Moore and Walter Trout and is easily one of the top 3 rock blues artists of his time. But there’s more to his music than rock blues as his passionate songs push him into the top contemporary song writer league. If you want to see the best up and coming band in the business , look no further as Ian is joined by Morg Morgan on Hammond and keys, top drummer and producer Wayne Proctor and former Robert Plant bass man Steve Amadeo Click here to be mesmerised!! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=pnmpImVOV6s&...feature=related
Thanks for posting that, very nice indeed. There is one slight inaccuracy though. I never played for Robert Plant. That role was filled by Ian's previous drummer of 5 years ago, Andy Edwards. Steve
 5. Played it too, a fantastic bass that almost plays itself! BUMP!
 6. An experienced teacher should be able tell you what you need to learn by listening to and watching you play. Every music student needs to study the same fundamental topics in order to develop effectively and it's important to study with someone who understands those areas, who can relate them to your instrument and can encourage you to practise them effectively.
 7. 10.
Check out funkmunky's stuff on his myspace. Exquisite timing. So down, he's in the turn-up.
Thanks for the kind words!
 11. I played a neckless bass once. Complete and utter waste of time and it looked RIDICULOUS.
 12.
In the pocket = good timing Deep in the pocket = also good timing, but even better than the previous guy, so I need a new superlative. It's a bit like A* at GCSE. S.P.
HHHAAAAA HAAAA!! Stop it now, you're hurting me. There are some funny buggers on here, you know.
 13.
At the risk of stating the blindingly obvious, if all the reds are in the pocket then you have to go after the colours.
HA HA HA!!!!!
 14.
What a stupid f**king expression.
Ha ha ha!!!!!!! Agreed
 15.
Headless basses quite simply aren't cool. If you (quite rightly) don't care about looking cool, I can see the appeal. It's a short step from a headless bass to the "Keytar".
Absolutely 100% agreed.
 16. Hi, Is this bass only for trade or are you willing to sell? regards, Steve
 17. Hi, Is this bass still for sale and if so could you post some pics please? All the best, Steve
