What are Dr Parts, er, parts like? I considered buying a Tele neck but I've no experience of them. Very nice bass though, good luck with the sale!
The neck is very nice, lovely grain in the Maple and certainly on a par with Mighty Mite etc, It was on the bass when I bought it. Apparently the original Fender neck was damaged.
Anybody interested in this is welcome to come and try it out.
Will.

Precision Bass - Genuine Fender MIM Body and Electrics with a nicely figured DR PARTS maple neck and dark Rosewood finger board.
Bass is in very good condition apart from scratch near neckplate, and 10mm ding on side ( see photos ) + slight discolouring on body near neck.
Selling because I am playing Short scale now
Bargain price reduced to £175.00 Collected from Leeds ( Or could meet up within reasonable distance )
Would consider P/X for a Baritone Guitar (30" Scale ) or interesting Guitar i.e Yamaha SG. or possibly a LIGHTWEIGHT 15" or 2x10" cab or Short scale Bass
Will.
I think its a choke thats fitted to the Varitone switch that you are looking for! Just try Googling Varitone and you should come up with some info (Probably in America ) like this.

I tried this cab out last week and must admit it sounds excellent, plus the build quality is superb, better than most commercial cabinets. At this price it is a steal and if I didnt already have an Omni cab this would be mine!

Met up with Joe in Leeds today to buy his Alesis SR-16 from him. Top Guy, and great comms. A real pleasure to deal with, and the Alesis is mint and works great.
Many thanks Joe!

I brought along my own 6bank piezo melded array if you remember and plugged it into the cab. It was certainly plugged in during the sound bite recording or wWithout it you would not be hearing that top end sizzle that both cabs have in abundance
Ahh -- Yes you certainly did, I was thinking you were showing the specs for the cabinets. Sorry Dave!

Not Ebay, But Aldi are doing a special on a german made trolley this week in the U.K.
Just bought one for my Omni 15, and its really well made and light and cheap at only £12.99 with a robust extending handle.

Hi again Dave
Just noticed the error on OMNI 15 sound bite data.
There are no Piezos, Just the Eminence sealed back MR8 mid range unit, and the Kappalite 3015LF Neo 15" drive, plus crossover units.

Hi Dave
Welcome to the Forum.
Have you built any DR250s yet?
Regards -- Will. (Omni 15 Leeds )
Other options are
Burns Barracuda
OLP MM5
Danelectro Baritone
Eastwood Sidejack Baritone
There are also Baritones made by Yamaha ( Deep 6 ) Gretsch and Ibanez.
I am in the process of building one from a Danelectro neck, that I have ordered from Allparts, which should fit a on Fender body.
Regards ----- Will.
Just bought an ART Tube Pre-amp from Russ. Great guy to deal with! good comms, fast service and "Bombproof" packaging.
Highly Recommended.
Regards -- Will.
I have the Nomad Axxeman, which is the guitar version of this unit that I bought from Hipbass on the forum. I used it for bass and found it a great unit especially the compressor and chorus sections. Never had the manual but never really needed it.
Now redundant owing to new gear so available for sale if anyone interested.
