Yes, you're right. The original tweeter was connected to the back of the original woofer, with the tweeter sounds coming through a horn fitted where you normally have a dust cap dome in the centre of the speaker. So when the original driver was removed and replaced with a conventional 12" driver there isn't an easy way of refitting the tweeter, so I decided to convert it to be more like the Euphonic Audio Wizzy 12, as in it doesn't have a tweeter. EA don't have any of the original CXL drivers in stock, so it couldn't be restored to it's original state. I look at this cab like the Aguilar GS112NT. All of the signal is going to the 12" driver. I should have also mentioned that the can comes with an after market cover too.

Hopefully the photos show what excellent condition the bass is in with the only marks being two very small marks (about 3mm) on the bottom edge of the body that rests against your thigh when you're seated. Except for that I can't find any other marks on the bass at all. The frets have seen little use too. Selling to fund house moving fees :-/ Viewing is no problem, the bass is in Lincoln. It currently has the black one fitted as I think it looks awesome, but I will send the pearl one too. [*]D'Addario Nylon Tapewound Strings (Free half used Fender Nickel roundwounds available if wanted as well.) [*]Free Stagg Gig Bag included in sale - It's a Stagg with an improvised repair on the straps but it works well and it's clean with good zips, a large A4 sized pocket and a tuner size pocket at the top. [/list] The bass is in good condition, with no buckle rash; just look at the photos for it's overall condition. There are two small indents that I couldn't get to show up in the photographs and which don't break the finish and you have to look very hard to find. You probably wouldn't notice. Can be collected in person from Lincoln (cash on collection) or couriered by UPS Payment by bank transfer or PayPal (no fees please) or cheque (if you don't mind waiting for it to clear. Is it the 16.5 or 18mm string spacing? Can you tell me about the electronics? Does it have passive tone control etc.? How much does it weight? Does it come with a case? Thanks for your help.
