  1. Marti T recently bought an amp I had for sale here on Basschat; transaction completed very quickly and easily, no hassle. One happy seller here. Thanks Marti, enjoy.
  2. If anyone wants to test this head you’ll have to bring a cab as I sold mine last night. The person who bought them (via Facebook) is also a basschatter who goes for the P bass vintage tone. He was really impressed with what he called the “Tubey warmth” of the Genzler head when it’s on the B contour setting. He really liked it. I always use it on the A (scoop) setting for a modern sound. I’m not selling this to buy another amp, I just don’t need one anymore. ie if I needed an amp I’d be keeping this, it’s great.
  3. I'm selling a few bits to make space, see my other ads: - Shuker Series II Lightweight 5-string Bass - Yamaha DTXTreme Electronic Drum Kit - Fender G-Dec Combo amp EBS Session 60 Bass Combo The last two adverts for these have been priced at £190 and £170, so I'm hoping my price seems fair. I've just tested it and its in full working order. It's a handy size and I'd forgotten how good it sounds, very full. No scratchy pots either. Collection and any trials welcome just north of Lincoln. I can package it up for your courier too. EBS Info. The new EBS Classic Session 60 is a 60 W tiltback style bass combo. Built to provide extra bass reflex to a level not heard in such a small amp before. Great Sound - Right From the Box The amp is basically a scaled down Classic 450 head, with a preshape EQ that provides great tone right from the start. There is a gain, bass and treble control to further adjust the sound. The carefully selected 10" driver and tweeter gives a full and punchy sound and is very impressive considering the size of this combo! For Practice, Studio and Stage The monitor stereo input and stereo phones output jacks makes it the perfect companion for students or musicians that need a practice amp. Still it delivers enough power and a balanced output to handle a club gig or a studio session. The balanced XLR-output make possible to use the Session 60 even on a larger stage. There is a stereo line in, stereo headphone out and xlr balanced reord/live out. Hint! The amp does sound really good with guitar as well! Technical Specifications Frequency Response 60 - 18k Hz Dynamic Output Power 60 W RMS Continuous Output Power 60 W RMS Cabinet Volume 20 liters Height 34,3 cm / 13.5“ Width 37,6 cm / 14.8" Depth 39.5 cm / 15.6" Weight 16 kg / 36 lbs
  4. Bergantino HT112ER & EX112ER cabs Here we have two 12" Bergantino cabs in excellent condition and full working order complete with padded Bergantino covers. Very clear sounding and capable of serious sound pressure levels. They both have two speakon and jack sockets and a tweeter attenuator on the HT cab. There are both the "ER" version, which is apparently fuller sounding than the older model. I just plugged them in and turned them up to double check all is well... the low B sounds awesome! Very punchy and clear. Bergantino Info. These are our most popular cabinets and are suitable for any style of music. They produce a sonically clear, balanced and natural bass tone with very pleasing girth in the low end, ideal for; pop, rock, funk, jazz, blues, country, soul etc. Being ceramic magnets, the cabinets have a wider/deeper low end and smooth, yet punchy, mid range. One of the deepest sounding 12" cabinets available today. Bergantino HT112ER This is a redesigned version of the classic HT112 with a slightly larger cabinet to help fill out the low end. It retains the clean/smooth detailed highs, from the acclaimed HT tweeter and cross-over, plus tight, smooth mids and plenty of low end that defies it's size. Add an EX112ER or another HT112ER for an amazing full size sounding rig that will fit in the boot of a small car and handle up to 1000W. This is THE classic bass cab! One of the deepest sounding 12" cabinets available today. Excellent for Upright/Acoustic basses too. 5. I'm selling a few bits to make space, see my other ads: - EBS Session 60 Combo - Yamaha DTXTreme Electronic Drum Kit - Fender G-Dec Combo amp - Yamaha Pacifica 312 Magellan 350 Here we have a lightweight and versatile amp in pristine condition and with original box. I've owned this from new and, as you can see, taken great care of it. I chose this amp because of it's size, weight and versatility. I like the fact that with the push of a switch I can go from a scooped sound to a mellow/vintage tone with the contour switch, really handy. It has two speaker outs too, which isn't always the case with other small amps. I perviously had an EBS 350, so I like the fact the Magellan has the sweepable mid frequency as well, very useful for helping with room acoustics. Collection from just north of Lincoln. Get in touch for a courier quote. Genzler Info. New amplifier from Geoff Genzler (ex Genz Benz) with big, open sound, two way adjustable pre-shape, three band active eq with sweepable mid, aux input for your music and headphone output for rehearsing. One of the most useful features is the 2.7Ω switch on the back enabling the amp to run 3 x 8Ω cabinets for larger stages and higher volume for added versatility. 6. Have been considering keeping this just in case I need a 5, but I really do prefer a 4, so bump.
  7. Thank you Mr 101. For me, the price of new mass produced basses (eg Fender) at the moment makes this bass even more of a bargain, but I do seem to enjoy adding instruments to my “should never have sold that” list. 😬
  8. I’ve decided I agree with you. 🙂 Thank you.
