Tomas has just bought a bass from me. Been a pleasure to deal with, true to his word and even arranged his own shipping. Hope you enjoy the bass. Someone you can all deal with confidence with.
5. When I bought it I asked on the dingwall forum and was told by Sheldon that this was the closest match. The difference in height, if there was one, didn't vex me.
6. Hi Kev, hopefully the picture below shows you what it looks like. More or less is the same. NG2 has been packed so would rather not have to remove it if possible.
7. HE6Y-3/8 Ultralite Bass Xtender Key BLACK Extender Detuner X-tender - Was fitted to my Dingwall NG2 which is on its way out of the door. New buyer didn’t want it so now available to one of you lovely folk. Been on the bass for 1-2 years but rarely used and never gigged. Located in Sheffield. Happy to ship, should only be £2-3 to UK. 8. Thanks Sveinn for the kind words. The FNA Jazzamans are great basses. Hence why I have 2 and wont be parting with the first one anytime soon. If the other two do go then I may well keep this one. GAS is hitting me hard at the moment though and I fanc changing up the line up a little bit.
9. Only Trade I will consider at the moment is a 5 string Sandberg Forty Eight and as, from a little research, there are probably only a handful in the country I think my chances are slim to none.
10. A bump and added some more photos of the vamp.

12. I would love to add my 2 cents but i havent gigged in 2 years....
13. Own a Leguna Seca Blue NG2 and was thinking of selling it to get a pink one but looks like my gigging days are behind me. Pickgaurds are only carbon fibre print to avoid all of the nasty splinters you'd get it is was real carbon fibre. The first batch of these was sent back to China as Sheldon wasn't happy with the quality, so I think that even though they are "made in China" they are still being made to a very high standard. I have to say I am very happy with mine, as has been said many times, that B string is a pleasure to play. So tight and responsive. Have a d-tuner on mine and its still so solid. Last Warwick I had with one went all floppy when you dropped it that it clunked all over the place. Was a real shame because the tone of that bass was beautiful.
14. Just sold an amp to Tom. Very easy guy to deal with. Hope you enjoy it.
15. So this story is a year and half old but I wanted to pass it on as it seems to go along with some other comments. I pre-ordered an NG2 Dingwall through BD about 2 years ago. Was delayed, and delayed. Not BD fault but I wasn't given much info of this delay from BD. Only from lurking on Dingwall forum and on here did I get any info on it. I finally get a call to say its going to ship and to confirm delivery address, which was my work address as there would be no one in at home. Bass arrives next day and all is good. The same day I get home to find a card for a delivery from the same company that delivered the bass to work, parcel waiting for me at the depot. They will not delivery to an alternate address and there depot is open the same hours as my works hours, only on a Friday when i finish early could i get out there to fetch the parcel. The depot is in Rotherham and I live on the opposite side of Sheffield so 20 odd miles away to fetch it on the one day of the week that I finish early. And what is in the parcel? They had shipped another bass. Lovely for me some might think, but knowing I had waited so long for the bass and that someone else was probably sat on the edge of their seat waiting for their bass to arrive and I had two, I couldn't bring myself to even contemplate keeping it. I let Mark know as soon as I got home. He arranged collection of the bass and it was sent off. Might sound like this was all very much a mere accident and no real issue at all, my gripe is that at no point was there any real thanks or gratitude for me helping them locate a £1250 odd bass that they had shipped to the wrong address. It had put me out wasting 1.30hr of my day fetching it when it was not my error. It might be me being a little petty but I know a lot of people would not have been so honest. So although everything was very professional, it definitely lacked some charm and tact. Again, just my 2 cents but wanted to share as it has bugged me.
16. Bought a bass off of Bryan yesterday. Nice guy and very easy to deal with. Would happily recommend. Good luck with the 4 string search.
17. Darn, not seen one of the that wasn't in the solid black finish. This is a very tempting bass.
