I can't believe that I am doing this, but here goes. I bought this on the forum last week and I'm not getting on with the string spacing so I'm gonna have to let it go. A Yamaha 1025 of any sort was a bucket list bass for me but it's not working out and I'm sorely disappointed but hey that's life. It is in excellent condition apart from a wee blemish beside the jack socket, which according to the previous owner's post in the for sale section was there when brought home from the shop. It sounds immense, as you would expect from a Yamaha instrument of this quality and comes with a fairly decent Yamaha gig bag. I played it out one evening at a quiet gig through a Markbass and barefaced supertwin rig and the tone was killer with everything set flat. Price includes post to UK only. Any questions just ask.

I have a supertwin and I can confirm that BF cabs are as good and light as you could ever possibly need. Loads of volume in a light package equates to easy life when you still have to carry your own gear. GLWTS

Yeah. Nice instrument and what i would describe as - just plain comfortable and easy to play. Sounds like a jazz should with a good B alongside. Needing to free some funds for other stuff or it would be going nowhere.
