I'm not sure if being left handed is enough to carry such a big price difference over a right handed bass as well - it's a good £300 or so more than a RH equivalent would go for.

I swear this has been for sale on Ebay for over a year! Every time the auction ends it just gets re-listed again. I can never hear the words 'envelope' & 'filter' together without thinking of Bootsy I think this was probably the first song of his I heard that made me think 'what the funk was that'! If you don't want to listen to the whole thing then just tune in from around 4 minutes onwards to lots of lovely Mutron doodling from the master. . . Alternatively if you have a spare 10 minutes then the full version of Munchies is worth a listen Apologies if I'm straying away from the pure 'funk & groove' of the OP but it's late and i can't resist some Bootsy at this time of the evening - it's dark & I'm wearing my sunglasses

I have BP on a 2 year sub from the States & I think it cost me about $50 which isn't bad for 24 issues. In fact they have an offer at the moment - take out one sub and get another for free I much prefer BP to BGM. I really kept trying with BGM but the quality of writing was so frequently poor that it just frustrated me so much that I couldn't take it any more. Haven't bought one for about 3-4 months now
