1.
I never take a fence I wish Mr Charles would lose the Vai-isms and the music seems a bit emptier on the album than on the ep. Very good though, beats the sh*t out of that Porcupine Tree rubbish and the like. Cheers.
Nah, I never take a fence either, what's the point By the way, they have a young bass player now, awesome too! He sometimes hangs around here. Yeah, most music is pants these days. I really can't get into the prog scene so I jumped ship! cheers silddx!
 2.
Yes you can But BBC has never been an idiot so maybe it's mistaken identity. Anyway, I'm not a follower, it's not in my nature. I was just paraphrasing one of his funnier moments. BTW, I quite like the Godsticks album, but it's not as interesting as the ep you played on. Dunno why though
Hahaha, nice one silddx Aha, been buying some pop prog have you?? Or Prog pop...He's a talented bloke that Charles. Still, I had to move on and all that stuff. Yes, BBC...he used to drive me nuts!! My apologies if I offended you
 3.
To paraphrase big beef chief .. glassonyonpr, if this is a waste of my time I'm flying over to Clearwater FL to bum you.
I can't believe that idiot BBC has got a following, hahaha!

 5. I personally think that there is too much emphasis put on "intonation" fretless works in any type of music.
 6.
'new Power-Prog Trio' I can't help feeling Percy is a wasted talent these days in these kind of outfits - he always seems to play in bands with hysterical, loud guitars or with musicians who like using out of date, naff 80's FM sounds. I wished he'd play outside of the Jazz Rock genre and avoid 'new Power-Prog Trios' for once. His playing really stands out on the Brian Eno stuff (for instance) because it's not swamped in drivel boring musicians. He should seek more interesting situations IMO
I wouldn't say Neil Citron is loud and hysterical really.
 7.
and while of course we're never gonna be the next big thing I'm really enjoying it and hopefully it'll keep going onwards and upwards.
Well said Clive!

Some wear and tear on the body also the strap pins are missing, I usually bolt my strap on but I suppose these can be filled no problem. There's not much to tell, it's a straight forward US Jazz body, not heavy. I'm looking for £175 ono, give or take a few quid. Thanks for looking, here's some pics If anyone thinks I'm over pricing please feel free to say...no problem! Edit: forgot the neck plate!! 14. I have for sale my US Fender Jazz neck. Serial : Z3214873. It's been de-fretted and had an epoxy/super glue finish. The Job was done by Dave Dearnley of Cardiff. It comes with original Fender machines and a BT4 Hipshot. ( Original Fender machine included also ) The neck itself is in good condition, the board has superficial string marks which don't affect playability. The back of the neck has had very light sanding. Standard US Fender Jazz heel block dimensions, in fact it is a perfect fit to the body which is a US Jazz 2001. I'm looking for £75 plus delivery. Here are some pics Thanks for looking! 19. If you never played another note in your life again, the one thing you have is family Being a musician is and always will be a struggle as you well know mate. FWIW, I just sold all my gear, just about to leave my covers band and just left my original band, I kept my Fretless, a lead, a tuner and bought recording gear with the money I got back from the gear sold on. Very liberating! I'm 41
 20.
Given the state of the off topic though, it wouldn't be surprising if it was deleted, and rightly so. The forum there really has turned into a bit of a toilet. Every other thread is "I take drugs/I hate the police/I'm bitter about..."..."/. The good stuff is severely lacking in there at the moment unfortunately.
Nothing wrong with that at all....all us thick people can go there and swear, shout at the internet...."and rightly so" my arse!
 21. Ha! Got me a good and proper
