2. Is this still here? For this price? Most attractive, and I am working for a transport company, so I could easily have it transported to me, would it not be that my girlfriend would probably change the locks if I do..
3. There you go! Mine is in a rackbag as well, with a Korg tuner unit..
4. I have seen some AG500's for sale lately, all for around your asking price, but for whatever reason they tend to remain unsold.. I have no idea why there is no demand for these, I am keeping onto mine, as it is the best amp I have ever tried (except perhaps for a Trace Elliot V8, but that one's just, like, the obvious..). Good luck with the sale nevertheless!
5. A killer bass, just sayin'. Whoever buys this Dingwall will be in for a treat!
6. My rig: And for smaller gigs I can choose to take only one DB112, but where is the fun in that..
7. My precious.. Only 23 made in the world (in this configuration).. Officially called an ErnieBall MusicMan StingRay4 HH, in Dargie Delight limited edition. By I just call her Dargie.. Still my main bass, for anything I do, I just have to tamper her a little sometimes.. (yes, there was a so-called p0rn-carpet picture shot at a meeting I attended some time ago..)
8. Would you consider shipping to The Netherlands? I have just shipped a bass to the UK, as long as it is well packed it should be a breeze.
9. This bass just oozes coolness with it. It must be my laptop speakers though, but the sound quality of the bass on your youtube doesn't sound very well, it sounds very distorted.. Again, it might just be my speakers..
10. My Dingwall is sold, awaiting the usual..
11. Well, final price drop to € 1.000,- / GBP 800,-, otherwise I will keep her for myself..
12. The basic collection (to my opinion): A Precision A Jazz A StingRay You can cover everything with that.. (even though my Jazz has chisonics instead of the normal pickups..)
13. I switch without any hassle between 4 string standard fretted and 5 string fanned, it took me some seconds literally to get used to. Even during a show I change between my stingray4 and my Dingwall, playing goes automatically. Each time I play a show with the Combustion, I get audience asking what the #### I am playing.. And despite the fact that it might look odd, the technology behind the fanned frets actually works really well, I have never, ever heard a B string this thunderous as on my Dingwall Combustion. My girlfriend is still picking up the pieces of all the glasses that fell off the shelves downstairs..
14. Oh my.. My dream cab, for sure.. You're just a bit far away I am afraid..
15. Damn, why is it always that when I have a bass for sale, all my dreambasses are suddenly offered for sale.. Damnit!
16. Wow, what a beauty.. I have been wanting a Black & Maple StingRay for ages. Unfortunately I have no Warwick, or even anything similar.. Actually, I only have something completely different..
17. That's funny, because I am one of the few that really, really like the colour green on my basses.. Hence the Dargie Delight StingRay and a Teal green Jazz.. But that's not (mainly) the reason i am selling the DIngwall..
18. Thanks Rich, it's indeed a beauty.. Oddly enough, when everybody is looking for the lightest possible bass, I just can't get used to this bass. I'd rather take my StingRay or even my Jazz instead. I am now saving for a Lakland fiver, which surely will have a lot more weight..
19. I have been a long time reader, but I never registered before. If you need any feedback on me, I am listed on Talkbass and Ebay with the same username: Lonnystingray. Allright, this may sound a bit odd, but I can't get used to the (lack of) weight on my Dingwall. I am used to heavier basses, and this Dingwall weighs only 3.7 kg on my bathroom scale, with which I just cannot really get accompanied to. Specs: Dingwall Combustion 5 string (first version, without the boost. I don't have any differece in volume between the B or any other string however, the B string honestly thunders through..) Maple neck Blonde finish (see-through white white) Baltic Amber pickguard Don't get me wrong, this bass kills if you are looking for tone. Not only the low B, but all notes on all strings sounds 'better' compared to one of my other basses. Sheldon Dingwall trully designs and makes great basses, and mine feels very, very high end. The only reason I am considering parting with it is because of the weight. € 1.000,- contact me through PM or via "][email protected] In Europe these sell new for around € 1.500,-, which makes this a great deal for a as-good-as-new bass. Not a single ding! Shipping this bass should be a breeze, as I work for the European distribution center of Fenderthe bass will be packed professionally.
