Just taken delivery of my second Barefaced BB2 so this has to go to make room for it. Lovely light cab (18kg) but superb tone and definition right through the range. This is a Series 1 which I acquired from Fernandobicho on here about 18 months ago. It is said that the Series 1 cabs are superior in sound to the later 2 and 3 series and they are certainly lighter. I believe the speakers are B & C who supply Markbass. Produces a massive sound for it's size. Jack and speakon sockets, inset carrying handles, adjustable tweeter. The cab produces quite a hi fi sound which doesn't colour your bass, what you get out of this is what your bass is putting out. Solid lows, clean highs, no distortion. Cab has been gigged regularly but travelled on the back seat of the car rather than chucked in the back of a van! Some minor blemishes but nothing that would show up in a photo and the carpet covering is in good nick with no tears or abrasions. I have the packaging it arrived in (which is actually a Markbass box!) so I can post at cost but you're welcome to collect, or call in for a brew and a noodle if you're in the area. Selling my RH 450, which has been my back up amp, as I recently acquired a Tecamp Puma 500 which is more appropriate as a back up for my Puma 1000. Acquired used on here about six months ago and has only been used once to test it out. I put my Geddy Lee up for sale because I couldn't get the sound I wanted out of it.......then I got the sound and sort of wondered about it..........but then I got an offer at the asking price and I had to honour it.......BUGGER! One day I will probably get another Jazz. Does this happen to everyone or is it just me?

Reluctantly going up for sale is my black 2007 CIJ Geddy Lee Jazz, acquired on here from Giofio about a year ago. It came with upgraded Fender Custom Shop pups, but I found it a bit growly for my liking and had them replaced by Ged Green, well known North West luthier, with a special winding from Wizard, midway between the 64s and 84s, sometimes referred to as 74s. He also set it up for me. The original pups are included in the sale. Also fitted with Badass II bridge. It is currently fitted with a white pickguard but a black one is included in the sale. Also fitted with straplocks. Lovely fast neck with proper black inlays, not painted on like later ones, and nice black binding to the maple neck. Looks really nice, a few hairline surface scratches and one ding to the top of the body as you look down on it round your neck, but nicely touched in (I've tried to take a pic). Selling as I have an urge for an active bass; I said I wouldn't have more than three basses so it's this one which has to make way. Doesn't come with a case but I could ship in a hard case which is a bit time worn but would do the job. It's what it came to me in from Scotland safe enough :-) I've lost the lead from my camera to upload pics so I've used my phone, so I apologise if they're not great. When I find my lead I'll take some better ones. Price includes delivery to mainland UK but if you collect we can negotiate a reduction. Sorry but don't want to post overseas. Any q's fire away.

Last bump before it goes on Fee Bay.....if you've been dithering, do it now........would deliver/meet up within reason.........might consider a trade for an Ibanez SR600 or above with cash adjustment either way depending on what it is...........or a class 1 x 12.........try me, the worst that can happen is I say no thanks, and neither of us need take offence!
