He looked really bad at ST Albans on the 11th, must have been in a lot of pain. I didn't realize he also had a cancerous lymph node last year. So I don't think it's just his bad knees and tinnitus creating his health concerns. Such a nice guy. Saw him perform in Guildford some years back, with From The Jam. My favorite bassist.

Nice to meet you, and yea, it's never too late to do what your heart desires! Most of my achievements came later in life. I'm so pleased you're doing what makes you happy. Very cool that your dad is also learning to play. I'm another one who knows nothing about music theory, but it didn't stop me from using a keyboard for some of my songs, I just had to play the melody by memory instead. A lot of us have taught ourselves guitar. There are so many tutorials on the internet, but I'm sure you'll find your own path. Wishing you all the best!

Apologies, I haven't been around much due to family matters and also fitting some songwriting in. Lyrics are cheesy, yes, but I loved writing this composition which is getting airplay in the UK, USA, France and Germany. I said to my bassist husband, Tom, "Make your bass sound like a heartbeat at the beginning." While the lead guitarist wasn't keen on that, the final decision rested with me, and I'm glad I insisted, because friends told me they really liked the intro.
