I remember playing one of these once - quite disorienting as I recall.

Excellent! Well done you. Do enjoy. I hope it does all you hope for and more.

Welcome to the beginning of your inevitable breakdown once you dig a bit below the surface on BC. If you think you've got gas now, to quote a song from some time ago, "you ain't seen nothin' yet?"

Side-street music, Largs Music, Bandparts, Sound City, McGregor's Music, Jimmy Grant Music, Pete Seaton's Music, Live Music, Mev Taylor's Music, Rae McIntosh, Gordon Simpson, Rainbow Music, Sound Control and Westmill Audio. All 14 of these were open for business in Edinburgh during my time playing. Every one has now gone. Sad times indeed.

Morning Log. A welcome to you from a rainy UK.

Go Neep, go! Looking more than good to me.

Soul Revolution with BBC Concert Orchestra on BBC2. Opinions?snorkie635 replied to solo4652's topic in General Discussion Yep. Thumbs down from me as well. Jacob Lusk was 'trying' way too hard for me. He sounded off-key too often.

Could only find these photos of his parents.

Flats on a Jazz can sound wonderful. Do whatever sounds good to your ears - you might even find your signature sound. Best of luck on your journey.

In response to OP question, 'does anyone have one', I have several and would happily buy another if required. Agree with lots of what has been written above: try the bass before purchase, try different strings, etc. Never had a problem with the B string on any of my Fenders, but beauty is in the ear of the beholder as they say.

Bought a Reunion Blues gig-bag from Rob this week. Excellent communication throughout and package arrived exactly as described in what can only be described as bullet-proof packaging. Trade with Rob with utmost confidence. A credit to Basschat in my book. Snorkie635

Yet another heartwarming, positive and helpful thread on BC. You've all made the world just that wee bit better for the OP. Well done folks, I'm honoured to be part of this community,

I remember trying to let the other three guys in our band down gently. "John, George, Ringo, I'm looking for something with more of a future," I said. Hung around until the new guy kicked in. Never seen any of them since, but folk who have, tell me they did a couple of albums, got played on the radio, etc. The new bass-guy even made a little bit of cash from writing some material. Maybe I should have stayed? Oh, how I long for yesterday.

If her bath is big enough, perhaps you could pop round and give her advice on reaching the high notes. (Don't drop the i-Pad in though.) Recommend the guitarist for the award of MBE and see if he cottons on.

Excellent. Hope it brings you years of playing-happiness.

Far be it for me to identify the culprit here, but based on my own experience with a certain retailer whose premises would fit perfectly into your '90 mins' journey-time, I'm not at all surprised. 'Nuff said.
