Bump I would consider part trades for: - smaller body acoustics (Gibson, Taylor,...) - fretless basses 4/5 with phenolic/metal/coated... fingerboard: Vigier, Pedulla, LeFay... - maple fingerboard fretted basses or guitars No amps/cabs, sorry.

Bump - and price reduction to 950£ firm. If anyone's interested, I should be able to find some quick videos I did a while ago to show how it sounds - to dissipate doubts.

Serial number is 1338964 so that makes it an early 2009 model. I think I bought it the same year.

Bump Picked up the guitar and noticed that the damage pic makes it look much larger than it actually is. It is 3 cm long. This pic may put things into perspective, the knock is on the bottom left, right next to the binding. Note: after some 'homemade' tests, I can say that the damage does not go through the wood. Hi, For sale is my Martin D-28 acoustic. I think it is a well known instrument, but I'd be happy to answer any questions. I am the first owner from new. The guitar is in excellent condition overall, HOWEVER it once fell on the floor (please don't make me explain it) and it has an ugly knock on the back. This has had no effect whatsoever on sound or playability, but IT IS indeed ugly - hence the price, which I think is fair (but I am happy to be corrected). I have tried to show the damage in the pictures below as faithfully as possible. The only reason for selling is that I just can't get along with the dreadnought body, and I need space. But the sound is powerful and refined, classic Martin tone. Not really looking for trades, but hit me up if in doubt. The guitar is located in Barcelona, Spain, but I will ship to the UK (or elsewhere in Europe) for an extra 50 quid. Thanks! OMG! Beautiful! I've always been curious... For a brand known to use 35" extensively, how does the tone/feel compare with 'standard' US NS (or Euro LX) Spectors?

For sale only this lovely 4-string jazz-type fretless I recently got from a fellow basschatter. It is actually quite stunning in person, body and neck are zebrano, with brazilian rosewood for the lined fingerboard. The bridge is Badass II, the pre is an Audere JZ3. Finish is natural. Mint condition. Comes with a Gator hard case - pretty battered, but functional. The neck PU is very authoritative, the bridge PU very jaco-esque as one could expect. The bass is very responsive to playing dinamics. The hardware feels solid all around. The tone is rather woody, although via the Audere pre it is easy to give it an edge. The controls are vol, bal, hi, mid and lo, with a 3-pos 'Z-mode switch' that allows to make the overall tone rounder, more aggressive, or leave it flat. The action is low. It has been my first fretless, and frankly I adapted almost instantly, to my surprise - so it has encouraged me to rapidly dig deeper (which I guess speaks for the instrument itself), try percussive techniques, etc. I have now pulled the trigger for a Zon Sonus, with which I will be able to slap without fear of damaging the fingerboard... So sadly this needs to go before I feel attached to it. The only things a prospective owner may care about are: 1) the back cover is not matched to the wood grain; 2) the neck plate is a Fender one; 3) the PUs origin is unknown. None of that actually bothers me, but worth mentioning. No trades, sorry. Price is negotiable but excluding shipping. The bass is in Barcelona, Spain.
