Sean's Feedback

Bought a book which arrived quickly and as described. Thanks.
5. Edit: This has now been sold This is a Mighty Mite "Licensed by Fender" 60s "vintage" maple Jazz bass neck, part #MM2909vt. The hardware is from a Matt Freeman Fender Squier. One of the screw holes for the 'G' tuner is too large, so it is held on with only three screws. Price includes UK postage.
6. Edit: this has been sold now. This is a hybrid passive four-string P bass. The body is from a Fender Squier Matt Freeman Precision bass, purchased new in Jan, 2013. - contoured basswood body finished in Vintage White - HiMass™ bridge with four brass barrel saddles The neck is from a Fender Modern Player Satin Jazz bass, purchased new in Nov, 2013. - maple neck with "C"-shaped profile - 9.5"-radius rosewood fingerboard with 20 jumbo frets - easy-access truss rod adjustment wheel Official Fender pages: http://intl.fender.c...-vintage-white/ http://intl.fender.c...color-sunburst/ The neck join is good but not air-tight (see photo, below). Currently strung with La Bella 760FL 43-104 flatwounds. The bass is in very good condition. I have gone over it this evening and the only ding I found is on the body where it meets the neck (see photo, below). The bathroom scales weight is 3.3kg (7lb 4oz). Front: The bridge and pickup covers were imported from America (due to the HiMass bridge). Back: Neck pocket + ding: Included is both the current tort pickguard and the original black one (still with protective plastic): Included but not pictured: tug bar. I will include, for free, an old but functional generic shaped case. Bass is located in Wimbledon. Collection (and try-out) is welcome. Or I could possibly deliver or meet half way, if you are in the south-east -- please PM to discuss. Or I can post within the UK for £10. Edit: The above photos came out slightly too yellow. I have now learned how to set the white balance on my camera. The actual colour is closer to this:
7. 27th Jan: This has now been sold Updated price: £250 For sale only - no trades. The BB425X is a passive five-string PJ bass. The two control pots are master volume and tone. There is a three-position switch to choose which pickup: neck, both, or bridge. You can string either through the body or through the bridge. Currently strung through the bridge with Rotosound Swing Bass 45-130 roundwounds. This bass was purchased new in March, 2013. It is in very good condition: see photos, below. The bathroom scales weight is 4.7kg (10lb 6oz). Official Yamaha page: http://uk.yamaha.com...25x/?mode=model Small tiny marks on the bottom edge: N.B. It might look like a scratch on the pickguard, just under where the neck starts -- but it's just a rug hair: Tiny dinglets on back of neck: No case included, sorry. But I have the original boxes. Bass is located in Wimbledon. Collection (and try-out) is welcome. Or I could possibly deliver or meet half way, if you are in the south-east -- please PM to discuss.
