  5. SOLD Genz Benz amp taken from a combo, 500w @ 4 ohm, 300w @ 8 ohm, light weight & about 1U height. I added a speakon to jack adapter so you can plug in to cab without taking on the case. Also made a right angled kettle lead so connecting to an extension lead was easier. There's room on top of the amp for about 6 pedals, so you can close the lid with them in place.
  6. Hi all, I'm putting a mini analog pedal board together & am looking for a B3K type pedal to add a little grit but that takes 9v batteries. I don't want any psu to plug in. I'm also looking at an analog delay & the Moog MF Delay is currently top of my wish list. Does anyone have any experience with this delay ? Could the 'drive' knob add the grit I'm after ? And lastly tho not as important as the first two pedal recommendations, a nice modulation pedal. All pedals 9v battery type & ideally not too big. Any/all opinions most welcome
  7. Hope some European interest but would rather not post ..
  8. Hi all ,,, up for sale or trade is my SA Manta Bass Filter in excellent condition with box & psu, Ideally I'd like to trade for a SA Dimension Reverb
  9. If he's considering 5 string I'm selling my headless Yamaha that's 34" scale but fits into a guitar case http://basschat.co.uk/topic/296904-fs-yamaha-headless-5-string/page__fromsearch__1 One of the Markbass combos might be worth looking at but guess they'll be a little over budget. I recently got a Genz Benz Contour 500 amp (head only) & been impressed so if you can find a combo 115 or 210 version I'd seriously try one
  10. I'm contemplating spraying this cab black .. would that make it more attractive ?
  11. I quite like my Bagend 12s (212 & DIY 112) but not really an option in the UK unless you can find used. Best cab I've used for rock esp with cranked GK 400RB however, it's probably a buyers market & there are lots of fine cabs out there so you're sure to find something good (if you're patient enough)
  12. B string is fine I was playing in drop A with Elixir nano web steels & it was also fine (big full sound). I think the quality ETS bridge is the difference coz it wasn't nearly as good before.
  13. Open to offers
  14. Bought a nice pedal off Daz .. delivered on time as promised Si

  16. Withdrawn - DIY 112 cab I built using a Bagend speaker I took out of my 212 as it was replaced under warranty due to a slight crease on the cone, which doesn't affect it at all. Dimensions are : H 18" (minus feet) W 15.5" D 15" These ceramic bagend speakers (custom made by eminence) are very efficient but don't put out lots of low end which can be a good thing. Inputs are neutrik speakon & cab is made out of 18mm ply & built to very similar spec to the original, not as well finished but still a great cab ...white with black hardware, Here's a link to original cab for spec etc as this DIY is very close : http://bagend.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/S12-D.pdf Simon Ps. I'd rather you checked cab out in person really to make sure you're happy .. It's loud btw lol
  17. Okko Coca Comp is a strong candidate for what you're after as I was looking for the same, however I never got to try one as I found & kept a Rothwell Love Squeeze & am very impressed with it. Previous comps I had all added too much noise (two we're boutique ones) but the Rothwell doesn't .. my 2c
